BB Desktop Software :: Synch Configuration Menu Receive - No Available Message Stores
Jun 10, 2010
i have Blackberry 8520, and using blackberry desktop ver 5 installed on windows 7 pro and outlook 2010. when i choose syncronization from configuration menu i recieve "No Available message stores".
I upgraded Outlook from 2007 to 2010 about two weeks ago. Since then, I have been unable to sync my BlackBerry 8900 with Outlook. When I try to configure synchronization in Desktop Manager, I get an error message from Microsoft Outlook Connector saying, "No available message stores".
I have spend an enormous amount of time trying to fix this problem. I have read every thread I can find on the topic, and have tried all the suggestions. Nothing has worked.
Does anyone know what "No available message stores" means?Does anyone know what Microsoft Outlook Connector does?Does anyone know where the actual problem lies?Does anyone know how I can get this problem fixed?
My environment: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit Outlook 2010 32-bit BlackBerry 8900 OS 4.6.1.231 BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0.1.16
Any assistance out there on the 2010 MS OFFICE PRO - - upgraded from 2003 and having difficulties sync-ing the device. "Got a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error - - No Available Message Stores" Read a few post(s) and it appears that 2010 Office Pro was not yet tested when during Beta period... Does anyone have any fix for this problem..
When I try to sync my Outlook contacts or calendar, the sync setup wizard fails with "No available message stores". Searching this forum and elsewhere it seems that there are 2 usual ways to solve this:
1) Remove the Outlook Add-Ins, which I done and rebooted.
2) Delete mapi32.dll and run fixmapi.exe which I've done and verified there is a new mapi32.dll in system32.
I've read that people can connect just fine with Outlook 2010 Beta (x32), but I not sure about x64 Windows - Maybe that's the problem. Did I miss another common solution to this or does anyone have anything else I can try?
Does anyone know what this message is trying to say? I have an Outlook profile configured so the MAPI library should be able to find it just fine, but maybe I don't understand what the message is really trying to say.
I have been synching both Yahoo Address Book and Yahoo Calendar successfully for months.Suddenly, Address Book no longer synchs.Yahoo calendar still works. The problem occurs aftew Desktop reads all the contacts. It halts while "Synchronization Progress reading from Yahoo Address Book" displays. That message has displayed for up to an hour with no progress.I then disconnect and halt Desktop.I can still synch Yahoo Calendar.I have not updated desktop or device software.
First my app updates would not complete on the phone for certain apps. i hooked u to my itunes on Win& and it transferred purchases it seemed. But when try to synch get message that synch failed to start. Help!!!
Blackberry 9000 Bold version 5.0.1, using windows 7, Outlook 2010 Trying to synchronize after uploading all updates but getting error message after trying to configure calendar, tasks, address book and memo pad. New computer trying to get BB to sync for the first time.
When will Blackberry Desktop Manager be able to sync with MS Outlook 2010? I spent £100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.
I am trying to Sync My blackberry 8330 Phone with MS Outlook 2010 Beta. I can not Sync to any part of MS Outlook (Calendar, E-Mail, etc) I always get the same error message "No available Message Stores". Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it.

I am new to the community and would appreciate any assistance. I have two recent problems for which I am seeking troubleshooting advice. The priority problem is mentioned first below.I've just encountered this error message, "For help resolving this issue, refer to KB19454 in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Knowledge Base" when attempting to sync my Curve 8320. I use a Mac, and I haven't run into any difficulties syncing since downloading the newer version of the Desktop Manager for Mac in Dec/Jan. I haven't been able to download the latest update though. I did see an early post by someone with the same difficulty, but I was unclear of the question posed, and thus I am hopeful for potential suggestions for resolution. The additional problem I've recently experienced is that I can't compose an SMS/MMS message. I can only reply to someone's message. When I try to simply send one, the screen defaults back to the list of messages. Please Note: I do not have wireless on my phone. I utilize Blackberry Desktop Manager Version 1.0.1 .Please also note that I am not able to access electronic messages daily but will attempt to return any responses/inquires as quickly as possible.
I installed Companion Link because I had problems syncing with Outlook 2010 64x. Companion Link sync works okay, but each time I start the Desktop Manager I get that annoying message. Desktop Manager somhow thinks that it still has to do something with Outlook. Either there is no default mail client or!
under the Intellisync Select Device Menu and specifically under the AddressBook SetUpe Menu I only get <none>, Microsoft Outlook Express, ASCII converter and Yahoo. Why can't I get MS Outlook? Same thing under the Calendar SetUp Menu and the MemoPad.
Anyway to add more than the standard 6 icons on the home page/desktop with the Curve 8520?It's a right pain to press the button and 6 icons aren't enough (I don't like leaving apps open).
my sms icon disappeared a wk ago.i went into advanced settings and the host routing table asked that i register.i did! sti i cannot see sms on menu and cannot send sms or receive sms.
I am unable to receive videos via Bluetooth because when I go Media >>>> Media Type >>>> Options, I don't see the "Receive via Bluetooth option. My Bluetooth is turned on and our phones are paired, but the menu option is missing on my phone. What could be wrong, and how can I fix it, will doing a factory reset to reset the phone back to v5 and then reinstalling 6 OS fix this problem.
Even before the 'big crash' my daughters BBM didn't work. I have tried all the resets there are even uninstalled it, re-installed it etc. When I first got the phone 18 months ago it worked fine. Now wont send, wont receive, can't see anyone's pictures in the menu's. Got wi-fi, got credit, on Curve 8520
I have been trying to upgrade/update BBM, but receive either an error message or username/password incompatible message. How do I get this cleared up? The same thing happens with other App updates.
I recently upgraded computers and now have Outlook 2010 and Windows 7. Haven't been able to sync Curve to Outlook since. Getting message "Microsoft Outlook Connector Error" as title and then "No Available Message Stores".
When ever i send a reply text message to somebody who has text me already and i go about it by going into my inbox and selecting the message, my phone freezes for ages, and then i have to press the text message that i have received that i want to reply to and wait AGES for it to load up. Then when i finally have typed a reply, the screen goes back to the inbox (as its supposed to i think) and then freezes again and i have to wait ages again for it load its self back up
Also, if i receive multi message at one, the only way i can read them is to access the a message and then open it and click the arrows at the top to navigate to the next message in line. Also, if i need to access a message further down the list, thats off the screen, i cant just scroll down, i have to click on a message and use the navigation arrows at the top to get into that text, otherwise when i scroll down the screen goes black and freezes.
I find myself pressing the red button alot to take me back to the home screen to start again. It just seems a long way round of accessing things. Its fine if i go to new message and send it through that way, it just seems very long winded!Does anyone else have a similar problem? Could it be something to do with the amount of texts in my inbox (currently at 3304, 2 sent, 2 drafts and 25 in my folders?
My iTunes music lives on an external hard drive. The iTunes program, of course, lives on the computer. When I am trying to synch Contacts and only Contacts, does the ext HD have to be connected or does the Contacts data live on the computer? I do not store anything in the cloud.
Info: MacBook Pro 15 in (early 2011), Mac OS X (10.6.7), 250G, 500G, 1T Ext HDs; FCE HD 4.0.1; CS 5
iTunes goes through the whole synch process step-by-step including saying it's determining tracks to add etc etc but then it doesn't update the music and often doesn't update the app's. I may have to try synching 2, 3 or 4 times before it will actually applies the changes.
The annoying thing is it will say it's synched & the synch is complete but it isn't and hasn't. I don't receive any alerts saying that the synch coudn't be completed etc.
Presently have around 21Gb free so it's not a space issue. iPhone is latest iOS update & iTunes is likewise.
I just purchased the Samsung r330 (through PC Mobile) to replace my dead Nokia 2855i. (PC Mobile no longer offers Nokia;s). The unknown was my contacts, how to get them from one to the other. I was not able to find a direct way to transfer but fortunately the contacts were backed up to my PC (running Windows XP). The process is relatively simple through bluetooth - if your contacts are in Microsoft Outlook. Step 1 - pair the phone and the computer. Step 2 - Open Outlook - Contacts/ Highlight the contacts you want to transfer. Step 3 - In Outlook go to File, Send to Bluetooth.I was able to transfer multiple entries at the same time.
I purchased a Curve 8900 locked to t-mobile which i unlocked with a code purchased via a website, everything is okay and working with the orange sim card apart from the MMS message service with appears to be missing from the menu, updating the software via the update service dose not make any difference, also to access the internet the webNwalk from t-mobile application is still there, although this is not a problem i wondered if there was a way to remove that and find out where the MMS option is.
