BB Bold 9700 :: The Send Option Is Not Available When Trying To Reply A Message
Mar 17, 2010Everything works like a charm, I can send e-mails, and receive them and everything else this wonderful little piece if outstanding technology is supposed to do, ... except reply to an email. I've read many, many solutions found on the internet all day today to the point I am exhausted, so I have no other choice than to take some of your valuable time to assist me. I did the Options/Advanced/Service Book delete and restore CMIME trick and no change.

Apr 27, 2011I cannot send when I reply to a message from my blackberry. There is no send option. Just save draft or full menu which does not have send function either. Need a fix ASAP.
Also, another wierd thing is I set up my profile so that I can have an alert when email messages come in and it does not work. All the other notifications work fine with that profile and the try me works fine but does not work when email messages come in.

May 25, 2011Hi!I was talking to a friend yesterday, and all of the sudden she stopped receiving my messages in the BB Messenger. Now I can receive her messages (also they only appear as D, not R to her) but all messages I send to her only have the checkmark, not D or R (she is not getting my msgs). This is only happening with her, since I can talk with the rest of my contacts as usual.I have a Blackberry Bold 9000 (AT&T) running the most updated software.

So what gives you the right to arbitrarily decide that someones mobile has been transferred to another person and act by freezing my nokia messaging account. I have 2 nokias an E90 and now an E72. I have 3 sim cards a UK one and 2 UAE ones and I use them interchangeably. They are all mine, belonging to one person, so why have you judged that my E72 has moved to " another person". This is outrageous nokia.

May 27, 2012I am not able to send message but i am able to recieve messages and i can even send imessage but cant send normal text message. i removed the sim and used it in an other phone and i am able to send message. so its not the problem with the carrier. i also used different sim and i was not able to send message from my iphone with that also. i reset the to factory settings and i still have the problem

Jul 2, 2010Whenever I send a text message ( Keywords for activaton / cancellation of some services e.g. ACT VLU99) to my service provider's helpline no. ( in my case 111) I always get a reply message saying "You have entered the wrong keyword..." I tried sending EXACTLY the same message after changing my SIM to other phone a Nokia N73 and the message gets accepted. This has happened atlest on 3 occassions.

The settings are OK as they worked previously, in fact only minutes earlier on the Desire S.When satisfied it all worked OK I took the Vodafone SIM out of the Desire S and put it in the Desire to see if the email issue still existed. It did. I put the SIM back in the Desire S and the problem has replicated itself. Now all I can do is receiveI am reluctant to put the SIM in my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S2 in case the problem occurs again.

Jan 22, 2010I have read all I can on this issue and it hasn't helped. I have a strange and dare I say new fault with my 9520. I can't send or forward emails BUT I can reply to an email. I am on BIS with O2UK and when I try and send, the option is just not in the menu and the mail symbol (for send) remains greyed out when I try and send or forward what I compose or receive.
All other data services are working and I have sent service books a hundred times and even tried 3 different OS's after doing security wipe!

Jun 20, 2012I have an iphone 4s with AT&T service. I have had 2 previous models of the iphone with AT&T and not had a problem before. However, since I have upgraded to the 4s, I cannot send or receive texts to people that still have a 3gs and it also seems to people with Samsung phones. From what I know, everyone is on AT&T for their service. This is very inconveinent and information is not coming across when we assume the text has gone through.

Apr 12, 2012This is only happening when I'm texting someone using iMessage - it'll say that they sent their message as a text message, but then a few minutes later I'll get their exact same message again, but this time as an iMessage - it's happened with multiple people - it says I'm still in iMessage "mode" but they're in text message mode and then i'll often receive the same message again - this has only started happening recently, and it doesn't happen every time but it happens often and I'm not sure why- has this happened to anyone else?
