before everyone says do this do that , ive done it all. updated, reset, took battery out, service book.it just suddely stopped working, im ready to fling the phone in the bin, it is of no use to me if not working. i need access to e-mails.
Recently I have upgraded my OS from 4.7 to 5.0.0.328. one strange problem I am facing is I am able to reply the e-mails but I am unable to send new email or forward e-mail. "Send" button in inactivated or no send option in menu.
On my Blackberry bold 9000 since last night (approximately) I have not been receiving e-mails however I am still able to send e-mails.On the diagnostics check everything came back as yes apart from connected to e-mail, however this is the first time this has happened and I have confirmed that I have entered the correct log in details. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening as I would have thought that if I wasn't connected to my e-mail account that I would not have been able to send e-mails? Any help would be appreciated, I am a UK Vodafone user.
I get this message when I try to send emails from my iPhone. I used to be able to change the sending account and after a few more attempts it would go but now nothing will from any account. The message will mention either my email address of the address I'm sending to and say its being rejected by the server. Anyone know how to fix this?
I have a BlackBerry Curve 8900. Off late, I am not able to open all mails on my device. Some open but many do not. I do not remember changing any settings on my device for the same. When I click the trackball to open, nothing happens and it hangs up. I use the back button then.
But I can forward e-mails just fine. What on earth does that mean? So I receive mail just fine, but when I type up a reply, and go to send, there is no option to send it. I can save it, but not send it. Forwarding works just fine, though. I have re-registered, and I have re-activated, but the problem still exists.
When I delete aol mail from blackberry 8530i, handheld and mailbox, it REALLY gets deleted. It doesn't go into the aol "Trash" folder, it just disappears altogether, like it never existed, and does not appear from my PC.
Can receive messages on my Bold 9900, but when sending mail,I get a RED X with the message status:Transaction error - failure at service. Also had this problem with an earlier version of the Bold handset.

When i compose an e mail and click send nothing happens It will send if I reply to an e mail but not if i compose a nes one I have a BB curve 8520 and I have had it about 6 weeks i have a data plan and i have tried a hard reset
I just got my new Nokia N8. I already setup Mail for Exchange via IMAP to sync the mails, contacts and the calendar of my private mailbox.Everything runs alright. But I can not send mails via Mail for Exchange. If I push on "New Mail" the program say the command can not be executed and breaks down.

I am facing this particular issue with my 9700 for the last two days or so.
I have following three mail accounts configured with my device;
1) Enterprise/ Office Mail ID (Folder Named as Desktop)
2) Yahoo Mail ID (Folder Named as Yahoo)
3) GMail ID (Folder Named as GMail)
Now in the Messages, Yahoo & SMS Folders; I am only able to view the mails from office mail id. The Messages folder which ideally comprise of messages from all the folders shows only the messages of the Desktop. Similarly for the Yahoo Folder. I am even not able to view my SMS in the SMS & MMS Folder.
All was fine with my BB before I switched to an iPhone 2 weeks ago, then back to my same BB Bold 9780 unlocked. All was find before the regretfull move. For some reason now, I cannot access, send, or receive e-mails even though I've added my e-mails on my BB account via laptop.ve contacted my carrrier AT&T for 3 hours on the phone trying to figure out the problem. I registered the device, they send "service books" if that's what they're called, NO SOLUTION.1)Setup2)Email Accounts3)Internet Mail Account (Set up or manage an existing email account, or create a new Blackberry email account)4) "Checking for update...Connecting to email server...Your Blackberry Internet Service account is suspended or deactivated.Contact your wireless carrier" OVER AND OVER no matter who I speak to or what they do. I even wiped the phone. One representative suggested I download service books from a 3rd party or something over the internet
I am not able to send any SMS from my blackberry device from past one day. I have checked all possible things including my network, the message settings etc. I am able to choose contacts and type messages but when I am trying to send it it gets hanged , the track pad doesnot send it...even if I try clicking the green tab for options to choose,it doesnot wrk...as a result I have to press back, once i press back i see the typed message highlighted in green in my message box and if i click on it it goes away. The sent outbox doesnot show that the message is sent also when i enquire with the recipient they inform that message is not delivered. Could anybody advice why this can happen? also is this due to some virus? If so can the scan and restore back my curve with difault settings....reuqest you all to please please reply back soonnnnnnnnnnnnnn.......My curve model is 8520, carrier VODAFONE and OS v5.0..
I have two email accounts on my Bold and periodically it will not allow me to open emails. I can see new emails received but when I try to open it won't. Is this a space issue? Is there a way to purge deleted messages, when I had my Curve there was a way to purge deleted items.
All of a sudden I am unable to send emails and I have lost the "send" function when I reply to emails.I have removed my email address and re installed it but that doesn't seem to have made any difference.
I have the Curve 3G and am unable to send/receive MMS.I figure it's because of the default settings but I cannot find the MMS settings anywhere. Normally it is right under the options menu but when I go to my options, all it has are: Sounds and Ring Tones, Networks and Connections, Display, Typing and Input, Device, Call Management, Security, Accessibility, and Third Party Applications.I have tried to find the MMS settings under these but cannot.
When I've typed out my message and sent it a message comes up saying "Requested facility not implemented" I have tried to reboot the phone but that hasn't solved the issue.
I have a blackberry curve and when i take videos i am unable to send them. I can only send them as an email or bluetooth. is there any way that i can send a video via sms?
