When i write any email address in "To or CC" field, it is not taking the mail address and even it is not showing Send option also.
I have a very annoying problem. Sudenly, when I start typing a name in field "to" when composing an e-mail, the BB doesn't lookup in the device address book! This happens in new messages or forwarding. Also, even if I try to manually type the address the BB does not recognize it.

But I can forward e-mails just fine. What on earth does that mean? So I receive mail just fine, but when I type up a reply, and go to send, there is no option to send it. I can save it, but not send it. Forwarding works just fine, though. I have re-registered, and I have re-activated, but the problem still exists.
View 8 Replies View RelatedOn my Blackberry bold 9000 since last night (approximately) I have not been receiving e-mails however I am still able to send e-mails.On the diagnostics check everything came back as yes apart from connected to e-mail, however this is the first time this has happened and I have confirmed that I have entered the correct log in details. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening as I would have thought that if I wasn't connected to my e-mail account that I would not have been able to send e-mails? Any help would be appreciated, I am a UK Vodafone user.

I used to be able to change the sending account and after a few more attempts it would go but now nothing will from any account. The message will mention either my email address of the address I'm sending to and say its being rejected by the server. Anyone know how to fix this?

Someone from sprint performed a hard reset and could not tell me how to restore my contacts. My fiancé helped me restored my contacts. I can get email, select reply but there is no send option available to send email. It worked a few days ago, but it is not working now. I can send email from my contacts, but not reply to an email I already received. Even when I try to download a document it says, “More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found”. I even tried the service book option I learned on crackberry along with turning it off and on, removing the battery, and deleting my email accounts and adding them again.
