I was wondering if there's any option that allow you to send a message to someone who actually is calling you, like when you're in a meeting and you get a phone call but you can't answer but instead send a default message right away like "call me back later". Is this possible?
View 4 RepliesI'm really annoyed right now.No matter what theme I use on my Sprint 8530 5.0 OS the active call/incoming call screen is the ugly default screen.Can somebody please tell me how to fix it or is plazmic working on the issue?It really sucks to have cool themes and this one screen is all jacked up.

View 5 Replies View RelatedFor some reason, I can't receive emails on my @sprint.blackberry.net account. My Yahoo, AOL and Gmail work just fine. I signed up for a BB address on my phone's browser. When I try to log in on my desktop, it says my device is not accessible and I must visit the website on my phone. I have tried sending emails TO my phone and sending emails FROM my phone. Neither one works.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI just had my phone for over a month and I am having problems sending email. I have contacted sprint via telephone, but they have only caused additional aggravation. Someone from sprint performed a hard reset and could not tell me how to restore my contacts. My fiancé helped me restored my contacts. I can get email, select reply but there is no send option available to send email. It worked a few days ago, but it is not working now. I can send email from my contacts, but not reply to an email I already received. Even when I try to download a document it says, “More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found”. I even tried the service book option I learned on crackberry along with turning it off and on, removing the battery, and deleting my email accounts and adding them again.
View 5 Replies View Relatedive had my blackberry 8520 a while now when i 1st got it all the setting blackberry and phone where working then after a few days stoped making and recieving call and same with text every thing else works such as email,instant messaging,internet i am on pay as you go so when my booster ran out i topped up again while the booster takes a couple of hours to come back on the phone service worked again and i could call out and recieve calls the same with text when the booter came back on the phone service not long work and ive been stuck tryin to get help the phone shops dntno they say contact blackberry.
View 4 Replies View RelatedDid a OS ugrade to 5.0.0.681 yesterday as advised by desktop manager when I connected, problem is now no matter how I configure my profiles the vibration is always there when a call,txt,email comes in-done a battery pull etc.
Some new features are good-others bad!-like when you press the top 'play' button all it does is unlock the fone-instead of playing what music was playing before!.
Any clues on the vibration-it's turned off in all profiles but still ruddy gyrates!.

just picked up a Curve 8520 after using a Storm for a year and a half. The only problem is that the volume during a conversation is just too quiet. The volume is at 100% and I've tried the enhanced bass and treble but its still useless.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI recently bought a Blackberry Curve 8530 last month, and everything has been going smoothly up until the past week or so.Every time I hit the "End Call" button it results in the Blackberry typing out the letters "NM" repeatedly. If I keep hitting it, it just types out "Nmnmnmnmnmnmnm" ... I have tried a battery pull, multiple times. I've tried a software update. I don't know what else I can do to fix it.
It's driving me insane, I'm in love with my new BB (first time user!), but this is really killing the enjoyment. I've read about this problem with other phones and I'm worried it might move on to other letters and keys, forcing me to not be able to use the phone at all.If anybody can help me I'd greatly appreciate it. I've combed these forums for hours looking for a solution, but to no avail. Someone want to give a BB newbie a break?

Now I have another that I need to set up, but every time I go to the email setup wizard, I get this error message:The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you by your service provider.What in the world? Please help! I use T-Mobile, if that's needed information.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI got the Curve 8530 on Verizon... I receive a text message from a person, go to the sms icon on my home screen and click on it. My bb shows the new message with the persons's name and a preview of the text. I click on it to view it but it doesnt open the conversation. Then I'll try an older conversation and it works fine. But what is strange is that it will only continue to happen to that one contact. So ill receive a new text from someone else and i can read it with no problems.

1) I can't seem to figure out how to set text message tones for each individual contact for my 8520? Is this possible? (I have the T-mobile 8520 Curve if that makes a difference?)
2) How do I update my operating system for my 8520, from the T-mobile network?
Have a msg notification on the homescreen,but when checked no new msg is there.Where do I find this.I've checked all emails,mms,sms txts.I've even deleted everything and its still there?

If i try and make a call i get ''Supplementary service error: General error''. I couldnt find much about this on Google except a hard battery pull while the phone was on, which i tried but still no luck. Anyone got any idea's for me to resolve this issue ?
