I was sent an email with a large attachment with it and now I'm unable to access my emails nor send texts?Whenever I try, I'm presented with this error message: -'Uncaught exception: java.long.array Indexoutofboundsexception´╗┐' and an 'OK' button. When I click this, (in the vain hope all will be OK from there on in, it logs out of the app and I'm back to square one! Therefore rendering the phone useless! When I contacted Blackberry support, it states that it has no knowledge of 'Uncaught exception: java.long.array Indexoutofboundsexception´╗┐' ?
Have only had this phone about 3 weeks and already starting to have various problems with it. Couldn't afford ú9 a month insurance, but kind of wish I had done now.Can receive but cant send any texts any more. All texts try to send 3 or 4 times before failing. No explanation, just comes up with a red warning that says it has failed.Any idea how to make texting work again?

I have an iphone 4s with AT&T service. I have had 2 previous models of the iphone with AT&T and not had a problem before. However, since I have upgraded to the 4s, I cannot send or receive texts to people that still have a 3gs and it also seems to people with Samsung phones. From what I know, everyone is on AT&T for their service. This is very inconveinent and information is not coming across when we assume the text has gone through.
I have a iPhone 4 that signed up to Sprint, and I've had this for 5 months and nothing happened. Now my iPhone is not sending text messages or sending calls. Even when my Sprint signal is high, it doesn't seem for the text messages to go through or heck not even the calling. Only when my iPhone is in Extended "Roaming" it could send texts and calls. Is there any suggestions into solving this issue? Or do I need to replace this iPhone? I tried turning it off and on (didn't work), and Restoring the iPhone (still didn't work).
everytime i try and make a phone call it says "CALL FAILED please try again" and everytime i try and send a txt it has the red timer and keeps trying to resend till it says "retried exceded". Its drving me up the wall! i took it to the dealer and he said his was doing the same.
today my phone would not send, recieve texts, or bbm messages.Took the battery out while it was on, and restarted it, it then sent texts for about 10 minutes and then did exactly the same.i also keep getting a white screen randomly, and the loading bar in the middle of the screen?
I just bought my BB curve of a friend just b4 xmas, it was working fine brand new not even opened but after a couple of days it just stopped letting me send and receive txt messages and calls it just keeps saying call failed ? I have a Curve 9300 3G and I cannot make calls or send texts. If I try to make a call, the screen comes up to make one but a message appears saying 'no service available' and it cuts out. Texts show the red square that comes up when the message is being queued to be sent, even though there is no queue and adequate signal, and then go to a red cross. I can access the internet though and navigate around it. The phone also shows full signal and recognizes the SIM card. I have tried a battery pull and updating the software.
I haqve just moved to Tenerife and got a movistar sim. I can receive calls and texts but cant send texts. I have tried to resend the service books but it wont allow me saying "your device had a problem connecting to the server". When i try send a text it says "requested facility not implented". What do I do?

Was looking for a bit for advice please as I have come to a standstill with my Curve 8520.It was working fine for the past week there and in the last two days I have been unable to make or receive calls or texts. My SIM works in other phones, just not my Blackberry.
I recently went abroad and was unable to make calls or receive texts, although I was able to use BB messenger, Facebook and twitter. I contacted my carrier (vodafone) who told me my sim card was out of date and I need a new one. When I returned home I had a new sim card waiting for me, when I put this in my phone and activated it all was fine for about twho hours, then I lost all the email settings. I did not think this would be a big deal and set about setting them up again.
I finally managed to set up my hotmail (I need to use the vodafone BIS website), but no matter what I do I can not set up the other two emails. I have contacted vodafone who say this is my problem and i must have wrong password or settings (despite the fact these worked fine).
My question is, can I restore the email settings from a backup?
Quick question I have a nokia N95 phone but it wont let me send messages it puts them in the outbox, says a resend time then says failed and comes up with un able to send... When I press details it says "General: memory full. Close some applications and try again".... I have no applications

All of a sudden I am unable to send emails and I have lost the "send" function when I reply to emails.I have removed my email address and re installed it but that doesn't seem to have made any difference.
I have the Curve 3G and am unable to send/receive MMS.I figure it's because of the default settings but I cannot find the MMS settings anywhere. Normally it is right under the options menu but when I go to my options, all it has are: Sounds and Ring Tones, Networks and Connections, Display, Typing and Input, Device, Call Management, Security, Accessibility, and Third Party Applications.I have tried to find the MMS settings under these but cannot.
