Sooo screen goes blank then everything comes back on and everything has gone contacts/bbm contacts/pictures/music everything im told my memory card is prob full so wiped my phone

When i take the battery out it has a white screen with a box, like the one that shows when its loading and then eventually it turns back to the blank white screen.Then only way i can get the phone to turn back on is by plugging it in the charger. Then again it randomly goes back to the blank white screen while im using it
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy wife's new 1520 has the 8.1 developer preview on it. She has been using it for a month or so & then recently as she was using it, the screen would completely turn black. A second later (or 1/2 second) everything on her display would come right back up. It appears the same as if you were changing the display resolution on a pc, the screen blanks out for a second & then to the new resolution. The phone isn't hot, nor was it recently charged. It doesn't matter what app is running. In fact, I hard resetted it yesterday & it still does it.
I noticed yesterday, after I completely resetted it, I was using IE & the screen went blank, then back on, but the screen was upside down. This lead me to believe it was a sensor, so I turned on the rotation lock. Since then it has never come back on upside down, but it still goes blank. It really appears as a hardware issue. I started with a clean slate & the problem still persists.
I received a phone call and once it ended the phone screen went blank.I tried to do the home button and power button 15 second hold.But it doesnt work.I can hear my calls and emails come in and the phone screen stays blank.What to do? Can apple fix this.

after 1 month of this phone, I have had it, and want to sell it (probably ebay) and need to know how to clear all info off of it, and return to original new settings. Also, how do you clear the phone w/ blackberry so someone else can register it?

The device would not turn on after that., When i try to turn it on, nothing happens When plugged into the power source, the "msg light" flashes red and occasionally the screen has the charging symbol in the middle of the screen, but the battery bar never fills up.I left it for 2 hours on the charger, yet still the problem persists.

We did a hard reboot by taking the battery out, waiting a minute, and then putting it back in. About half way through, the screen went blank white, and we have not been able to get it to do anything else.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI purchased my blackberry 8900 in December 2010 in a small island. I went back to jamaica two weeks after it went completely blank (Screen whites out). When its blank I cant do anything with it even after several battery pulls. Sometimes when i pull the battery it loads up and then goes back blank.
In order for it to come up I have to connect the charger and the screen stays on. (lol.i thought this was suppose to be a mobile phone) It cant stay up with out the charger being connected.I have no warranty on the phone.
People can call me and it also vibrates and stuff when i receive messages but the only thing i can do is use the voice activation button on the side nothing else works and the screen stays blank. I've been trying to turn it off and on using the power button and even tried removing the battery but nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any ideas on if and how this problem can be fixed?

The screen wont turn on and it just black, but when i turn it on the red lights comes on and the keypad light, so the phone is clearly on. I thought it was a problem with the actual screen so i got new one and got it put it instead of the old one. this did not fix the problem and the screen still will not turn on.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Curve has developed a camera issue.It worked fine within the last 2-3 months (but I havent used it for a while) and has been working up to that point with no issues.When I go to take a picture, I can see the image, but it has a red, "negative" type tint to it.Also, it appears that the "low light" function of brightening the image up does not engage or work.When I take the picture, the flash will flash, but the image displayed on the screen at that time displays a solid white (blank) screen. I can not take another picture from there. it seems like the app might be locked up.The only thing I can do at that point is to press the red cancel button which brings me back to my home screen.The picture is not saved. I can then take another picture, but the same thing happens.The video camera works, but has the same "red tinted", negative type of image on it.It will record, and playback but the image appears as it is ciewed in the viewfinder. With the red tint/negative type of image. Sound is fine. I can also view previously recorded picture and videos with prefect clarity.The pone works properly in all other aspects and the only issue I have ever had with it has been a battery. I replaced thre battery two weeks ago because it would go dead quickly. The new battery works well.I have done a full battery pull. No change to the camera issue.Any thoughts?

View 2 Replies View RelatedToday, as I got up, I noticed that my blackberry cure 8320 had a white screen. This has never happened before, so I just removed the battery, and put it back in. Something I noticed was that when I inserted the battery, a steady red light appeared for about six seconds, and the screen was completely blank. Thinking that this would go away, I stepped outside, and I got a call. The screen was still black.
I was able to answer the call perfectly fine, but I couldn't interact with it in any other way other than the voice command button. The blackberry I have is unlocked. I ordered it online from BestBuy. It's a T-Mobile blackberry running on AT&T. I've also tried to connect it to my laptop, and it works fine. I've re-installed my OS (4.5), restored it, deleted everything on it, and still no luck.
I have a Blackberry 8520, and every time I go and use the internet browser, it takes like 10 hours to load, and once it has loaded, the page is still blank! It's not a case of internet connection, because my apps work. So I don't know what to do, I've tried resetting, and it sometimes does the trick, but after a little it starts to not work anymore.

It goes off and when I press the power button, the red light comes one, the backlit screen with the hourglass comes on and then it goes off again. After I use the track pad to scroll upper left then upper right the bottom right and bottom left the screen is normal. Has anyone else had this issue?

Device info : Blackberry 8900 v4.6.1.199 (Platform 4.2.0.102)I bought my blackberry curve couple of days ago and everything is fine but what happens sometimes is that the screen swtiches off like when you put it in the cover for example but the problem is that while I am using it suddenly the screen switches off (goes blank) and I try pressing buttons or the track ball or the lock button .. nothing happens .. I wait couple of more seconds and then the screen comes back and I continue using it normally. It is happening alot now , do you think it is a software problem or not ?Does the cover that came with the blackberry curve has to do with it ? Like a magnetic thing or something ?

Since the phone is protected with a security code, this means I have to key in the code every time the screen goes blank. Can i extend the time before the screen goes blank? Failing that, can I configure the phone so that the code does not have to be keyed in every time the screen goes blank? Apart, that is, from de-activating the security lock, which i do not want to do.
