I have the blackberry curve 8520. I connected my phone to my laptop to download songs but all my songs, pictures, videos etc had vanished and everytime I try and download songs it does'nt work. What should i do?
View 1 RepliesI have a blackberry 8520 curve, my music and pictures have disappeared, when I take pictures now they are not showing up on the phone. I still have the same ringtone and text message alert message. I took out the memory card and put it back in and it's still the same. When I put in the data cable to view online I am getting a checked arrow next to the blackberry and cant access anything.

The card has about 130 folders (0 byte each) called " µ " now.
"Music" folder is gone whats so ever (but I have that backed up)

How to retrieve my lost music. My laptop that I had all of my music on was ruined a leak in my ceiling. So after that I pretty much only downloaded songs to my phone. I just updated my phone and lost all of my music. It said that it was backing up my phone so I thought it was putting my music in a file on my new computer. I did a search and it appears to be no music at all. Does anyone know how to remedy this matter?

I updated from 3.1.2 to iOS4 then restored a backup that I made just before but my iTunes library (on the iPhone) is empty. Also non of my apps were restored.
View 10 Replies View RelatedUpdated to OS 6.0 bundle 2921, the settings on the desktop software were only set to sync date and time. It updated and rebooted, and wiped all my music and most importantly pictures.
The strange thing is that my background wallpaper was one of those pictures and it is still there. Did this update Really wipe everything forever?? It shows total application memory of 250MB and free application memory of 34MB.
for some reason a selection of music files  (not all) has gone from my PC even tho the folders are still showing there. However, the files are still on my Xperia Z3 SD card, and play fine,  but I can't trasfer them from there back to my PC... it is weird! I have tried moving them via PC  Companion and Media Go, but no luck.Is there any other way of pulling the files back to my PC?Â

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a Samsung Galaxy S5, unrooted, and I have been using a Samsung Evo 32 GB MicroSD card since I bought the phone in July. About a week ago I went to check for a photo and found that all of my photo albums that were stored on the MicroSD card were not found, along with all of my music and ringtones. When I looked at the storage, it didn't read my MicroSD card at all.
I turned off the phone, took out the microSD card, and put it into my Samsung Galaxy TabPro tablet, but my tablet read no data at all on the MicroSD card.
I tried to put the MicroSD card into an adapter to look at it on my laptop, but the adapter software said the card had to be formatted before it could be opened in Windows, so I dropped that idea for now.
How to have my card readable again or at least be able to retrieve the photos that were on the card? I had transferred a lot of personal and important photos onto the card (recent weddings of friends and family, pictures of my dog, etc.), and I'll be pretty upset if that's all truly lost forever.
Don't know what happened but in iTunes when looking at my music folder, none of my music has checkmarks in the boxes.This happened yesterday, and as far as I know I didn't do anything to cause this.
I have over 5,000 songs in iTunes, and I cannot possibly have them all in my iPhone due to space constraints, so I usually have around 3,000 which will fit nicely along with all of my apps.I tried syncing the phone twice now but none of the music changes (which I think is good being that there are no checkmarks), and neither do the missing checkmarks in iTunes.Is there some way for me to get the phone to tell iTunes to check the boxes for the songs that are currently on the phone?

I previously had the iphone 4 but yesterday I upgraded to the 4S. I got home and restore all the information from my phone into my itunes account. This way I could plug in my new phone and do a backup restore to get all the apps, contacts, music etc on my new phone. However, within the past two months I have purchased quite a bit of music on my phone through itunes. Since then I had not synced my phone to itunes so I did that yesterday when restoring it. When I plugged in the 4S and did the backup restore, I do not have the songs that I have purchased within the past two months on my phone or in my itunes account. How do I get these back?

iTunes (updated yesterday) and iPhone 4s are up to date with updates. When my phone synched yesterday, I lost all my music, except my most recent purchases. I also lost all my videos. Apps are not affected whatsoever.
When I look at the phone in iTunes, I can see all my music & movies listed as being on the phone but there is an "!" next to all the songs. The capacity bar shows what should be the correct amount, and there is about 10 gig of space free.
However, when I sync the phone with itunes, the capacity bar begins with what is currently (or accessible) on the phone, and then jumps to where it actually should be while it is on step 4, but then goes back to the lower amount it goes into step 5.

Just the other day all of my contacts names and pics were gone but now have reappeared. I beleive this happened after I powerd the phone off. When I turned it back on there were updates that I installed but it seems to have happened like the next day or so. Is there anyway to get my stuff back? I can't find it anywhere in the phone. The first time it happened I loss all of my Easter pics. This can't be normal right? The only thing that remains in my phone are my blackberry transfers.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy iPhone lost almost 10% of battery in about 35 minutes while I was listening to music. All of my apps were closed and my phone was locked. This has happened a few times. Shouldn't it have lost 0%-2% instead? My phone even loses around 3%-4% at night when I'm sleeping but I only use the timer to wake up at a certain time. All the other apps are closed. I've turned off the unimportant features in settings but it's still losing battery. Should I just get a new phone?
