I have a BB curve 8330 and somehow a password was set that I am trying to remove but I can't. Whenever I need to use the device, a screen pops up that asks for my password - why is this and how can I go about removing this?

It just says "please wait" and then does nothing for literally hours. I can log in to the BlackBerry website fine so I know my login and password are correct. My cell phone provider says it is a BlackBerry issue. The log in screen gives you 10 tries to log in before it wipes your phone and I'm on try #8.

When I hooked up my phone it asked for my password which I entered only it hasn't accepted it. I clicked the "forgot password" link, entered my secret question correctly.I followed the link to reset my password that was emailed to me.I then got a generic error saying there was a problem processing your request after trying to give it a new password.
