Does anyone know when the following issue will be resolved? It's really affecting my clients who have bought the 9300.

Blackberry say "This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available."
I just got a new ATT Curve 3G 9300, v5.0.0.955 (bundle 1576, Platform 6.3.0.57). I go into my email setting and select for it to hide my sent messages from my email (linked to my work outlook server) and it does not save. I have tried hiding sent items a dozen times, but the system will not save the setting.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI Have 2 email accounts set up on my Blackberry Curve 8520, gmail and exchange. I have no problem sending or receiving emails with either account but neither syncs properly. If i delete an email on my Blackberry and choose to delete from Handheld and Mailbox, it works fine. If i read a new email on my Blackberry, it updates it as read in the mailbox. The Problem.... If i read an email on another device.......it does not appear as read on my Blackberry. If i delete an email on another device......it does not delete on my Blackberry.
When i choose to 'Reconcile Now' nothing happens! So now i have 122 unread emails on my Blackberry. I have done the Resend Service Books but it did not work.
Previously I set the inbox setting "Hide email older than" to 3 days only in Account settings ->What to synchronize->Inbox settings->Hide email older than, and I was able to select the options available. Then suddenly today I'm not able to change the setting, it is set default to 2 weeks. I tried changing it back to 3 days, but there is this message saying "unable to edit read-only settings".

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got a 9700 this past week and noticed something that is a little odd. I have two email accounts set up on my BB, one is gmail while the other is my university email.
My emails seem to be reconciling fine when I look in the address-specific folder (eg, go to blackberry main menu and then the mailboxes with the little globe at the bottom). However, if I open the Messages (one that has BBM stuff, both emails, etc) app, all my emails are still there! Is this normal?
Also, I don't seem to be receiving any emails from facebook on my BB. I get them if I open my email normally on my mac, but they're not being delivered to my BB. I do have the Facebook app installed... is this the cause? I get notifications fine for facebook, just not the emails.
i do or send is showing in in box like even if i just like something on facebook or chat to someone on face book or send a message or e mail it all come to message box on my blackberry set hide sent email but still it all comes.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI am using the Google calendar sync to push my Outlook appointments to my Google calendar, and then using the Google calendar app on my BB 8530 to download my consildated Outlook/Google calendar.This works great, except for one problem. When I receive an invite for a meeting via my Exchange email on my device, it automatically adds it to my calendar, hence creating a duplicate calendar item.
In my calendar options on my BB, the "Wireless Sync" option is grayed out and set to "No." (since I don't use a BES connection)
How can I stop my BB from adding items to my calendar automatically when it sees the calendar invite in my email on the device?
I have Verizon service and use webmail to sync my Exchange email.
After sending an email I can't see the email in Sent items of the email account. Using latest iOS and 4S & IMAP email

I tried sync with outlook but I get this error : Unable to copy calendar items from your device. Contacts are syncing fine but not calendar items.
I have enabled the option for Finding USB errors ( which I don't now what is doing :P) Is there any way to correct this error ?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 active running on 5.1.1. I was wondering if there was any way at all possible to hide the stock E-mail app from being seer, removing it or disabling it in any way. I have both yahoo mail and gmail downloaded via separate apps, so I'd like to remove from view the stock app. Also, does ping pong root would work with my phone?

First, I accidently hid a picture by checking the 'hide' field. Now how do you get it back?! I've had a couple of my friends with the same phone try and figure it out and they havent been able to.Secondly, when I choose a picture to be my wallpaper, it shows in a zoomed in version of the top left corner of the picture. I do recall when I was choosing the picture to set as my wallpaper, that I zoomed in on it before setting it, but used the 'back' key to remove the zoom feature. It appeared ok on the screen but set the wallpaper as the zoomed in picture. Now it doesn't matter which picture I choose, I get on the top left side, zoomed in showing up on my wallpaper. - even though it appears normal before setting it.
Is there any way to hide SMS sent message from SMS screen ?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have several email addresses going to my BB 9700, only my gmail doesn't reconcile anymore. When I delete on the handheld it remains on gmail.com. The annoying thing is, it used to work and randomly stopped about 2 weeks ago. The 2nd annoying thing is, my email that goes to my owned domain is hosted by google, and has a gmail interface... which DOES reconcile.I've tried with service books and checking handheld settings to no avail.

View 2 Replies View RelatedOn the iPad you can hide the keyboard anytime while typing. I cannot see a way to hide the keyboard when typing a mail message. I saw a post saying you close, save, go to your saved messaes and open the message again - too time consuming. There is a fix on the jailbroken site, but I dont want to jailbreak the phone. There must be a way to hide the keyboard in a mail messge. In a text message you can.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm new to BB. So far I love my Bold, but I'm having a little trouble with my gmail. First, my device does not update when I have read messages on my computer. The messages are still marked as unread on my device. Do I have to read them twice? I've tried to mark all as read, tried making sure the gmail plug-in was installed (it is), and my device is set to delete on mailbox and handheld, wireless reconcile is on, and on conflicts mailbox wins.
The second issue is that when importing my contacts from gmail, it imported ALL of them - everyone who has ever emailed me is now listed in my phone! How do I get rid of this
For several days my e-mail isn't automatically reconciling and it's also not reconciling when I try to force it by telling it to reconcile. I use Yahoo! e-mail and another e-mail account through Yahoo! Small business. both have reconciled since I bought the phone a year ago, until now.
