How do you turn off the LED light when making a call? I can seem to control the LED for incoming calls, texts, emails etc and also for coverage but can't seem to find an option to turn off LED when "making" calls

View 3 Replies View Relatedive had my blackberry 8520 a while now when i 1st got it all the setting blackberry and phone where working then after a few days stoped making and recieving call and same with text every thing else works such as email,instant messaging,internet i am on pay as you go so when my booster ran out i topped up again while the booster takes a couple of hours to come back on the phone service worked again and i could call out and recieve calls the same with text when the booter came back on the phone service not long work and ive been stuck tryin to get help the phone shops dntno they say contact blackberry.

I took the batter out, back in and tried the scroll mutliple times but it wouldn't work. It would always show the little white box and do software verification. After like 5-8 times, I took it off again and put it back in except this time, the blackberry curve wouldn't turn on, no white box or software verification at all! It still hasn't responded and I connected it to the charger but no response. What do I do?

View 7 Replies View RelatedWhen making or receiving a call, the caller or the person I am calling cannot hear me. If I turn on speaker, they can hear me. This is a new iPhone 4, I traded in my 1 year old iPhone 4, because it also was having this issue, & the apple store staff could not fix it.
I have tried turning on/off, plugging in ear buds and unplugging them, cause I heard that could help, & syncing the phone. Nothing has worked yet that I have tried.

last night I took out my simcard and put a new one back into my phone (replacement for a faulty one) and when I went to turn it back on all I got was a solid red light for 2 minutes then nothing else.I looked on here and saw an answer about 'Kick-Starting' it (2 hours plugged in, remove battery for 15 minutes refit and leave for another 2 hours) but nope, that doesn't work, tried changing batteries, nothing Also tried plugging it into the PC using the desktop software and nothing comes up on there either?

I left it alone, and it still wouldnt respond. So i took the battery out, left it for 5 minutes, and put it back in. Usually, it automatically starts up, but this time there was no response. When i tried to turn it on, the screen stayed black, but the light in the corner came on red, for roughly 10 seconds, then turned off, and began to flash for around 3 seconds, every 10 seconds. ive tried plugging it into the computer, however it cannot pick it up, and if i try to install older software (downgrade it, which it recommends to do) it fails just before the end, every time.

So straight away i put it on charge, but after about 10 mins nothing came up, only a solid red light indicator in the top right corner of the phone.
