I tried to download the above and got a message that my device was not compatible.
I had checked before the download that Blackberry Curve 8900 was a compatible device as there was a list available in a drop down box.
Question, how can I check and update the device that I have is correctly recorded in my account Jeff Baron 813?
I'm able to download the TD mobile banking app on my iPod Touch (just search for TD in the CDN app store), but it looks like TD just put up an iPhone-formatted web page and then framed it with an app around it.I'm wondering, is there any way to confirm this - to sniff out & find the URL of the page that the app is accessing? Cause then I'd be able to do mobile banking from my other non-iPhones too.My iPod is 2nd gen jailbroken if that helps.

I just got off the phone with Bank Of America customer support and got no help at all they said Bank Of America didn't have any one to troubleshoot the mobile website. I told them that a lot of BlackBerry users were having trouble getting onto the mobile site and the guy said sorry we can't help you unless you are on a computer. That is just sorry of bank of America not to offer support.
We need to contact some one higher in the company to get some help so if you know some one please contact them this is retarded. Here is the latest when I try to log on to bank of America regular site / for security reasons your device can't access mobile banking. Two weeks ago I didn't have any trouble getting onto the Mobile site this is crazy.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI have tried multiple times to log in to my online banking site, but even though i am using the mobile banking format and I'm in landscape mode, I am unable to visualize the entire box which contains the random code and therefore it cannot log in. I can do so on my husbands HTC evo so is this a limitation of the display/screen size of the Motorola xprt? if so, this is not good. Something similar even on this site on the phone - the username and password fields are ok but there is a partial blockage/overlap for the log in button.so pressing this is tricky. Not sure which other sites may have similar issues.

My phone stopped working randomly a couple of days ago. I cant send or receive texts or calls. In the corner where the signal is, changed from edge/GPRS to GMS now it's just constantly on SOS. I've tried going into mobile network options and switching network and then switching back and it's saying that my mobile network is out of range? I've also tried doing a battery pull and doing a security wipe which just deleted all my contacts I've been in contact with my mobile network and they told me try the SIM in another phone, and that worked so it's definitely a problem with the phone rather than the network.

I put this on here to warn other Virgin customers to be very careful how they use their phone. There is a 25mb daily allowance for blackberry usage and a 1Gb monthly allowance for internet usage. I cannot understand what the difference is. When I contact Virgin I can check the balance of my internet usage - this never changes. Unbeknown to me I was using blackberry usage which I could not check with my provider. I had the facebook application and the ubertwitter application on the phone. Have to say it has been one of the worst 'out of the box experiences' I've had with any technology recently.
Whilst Virgin's systems say the phone is registered, the Blackberry site say it is not and having held on to Virgin's customer support line for ten minutes or so listening to the Scissor Sisters (aaarghhh!!) I was told that I would need to speak to a Blackberry specialist who would call back with 72 HOURS!?
I've Googled this problem and it shows up on a number of non-Blackberry / Virgin forums. If anyone can put me in touch with someone who can get me up and running I would be grateful. Putting a phone out of action for 72 hours (not sure how the weekend will affect this) is not on.
I have a problem where I cannot connect to my mobile network - Orange with it saying "Initialisation Failed". I try to manually connect to the network but it can't find any "Scan for networks failed". It also has my mobile network down as Vodafone UK for some reason. I've tried rebooting the phone but to no effect.
