BB Curve :: Freezes While Reading Email Or Sending Text
Sep 2, 2011When I'm either reading an email or sending a text my Curve will freeze and to clear it I have to shut it off. What gives?

Aug 23, 2010I'll be sending or reading a received text or reading through some old ones, and the messaging service will crash, I'll then open handcent and the same thing will happen. it will come up with the message "the application has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" with options force close or wait, I'll select force close, re-open it and it comes up again.

Feb 8, 2012Just upgraded from Curve 8520 to Curve 9360, and I'm a little disappointed at the moment. Firstly, the battery doesn't last half as long, and secondly, its sending duplicate text in an email.
E.g.:
I send an email saying : Hi, how are you?.
What it really sends is : Hi, how are you? Hi, how are you? </div>
BB Curve :: Can't Find Texts Received While Reading Other Text
May 6, 2011I'm reading a text and I get two texts while I'm reading. They pop up below the loaded conversation, at the bottom of the screen. I can see who they are from and the first line of the message. When I return to the main text window however, the new texts are nowhere to be found, they have disappeared.
This is pretty frustrating--were they just glitchy re-sends of previous texts? Should I text the people who sent them and say, hey, did you send me a text today, because if you did, it disappeared?...

May 18, 2011All of the sudden, my bb is deleting emails right after I read them so they do not remain in my inbox. What can I do to change these settings so that emails only delete when I initiate it?

Motorola Photon Q 4G :: Sending Videos Via Text And Email?
Nov 19, 2012I just purchased a motorola photon Q 4GLTE. Used to have the Samsung Moment. On this motorola I can take videos in HD 1080 or HD 720 and 3 other lower settings but none of them will send via text or email. Message says the file is to large and to use the Video MMS setting. I used that setting and the quality of the video is awful and the sound is almost inaudible. but it will send in a text. How can I send or convert my HD videos to mms and send them via text and email? Do I only have the option of the video MMS mode? If so....I would much rather have my samsung moment back. took much better pictures and sent high quality videos. I have searched high and low and went to a sprint repair store and there are no answers to my problem. The store said they are made like that and don't have good quality mms settings. I can't believe this is so. Is there an app or a setting to fix this problem

Aug 13, 2011Few of my family have blackberry's and a lot of the time bbms or texts don't send and if they do send they get it about half hour or so later but if I message someone else who doesn't have a blackberry they get the messages straight away so it's more of a blackberry to blackberry problem I think.

Jan 16, 2010Does anyone have problems sending photos using text messages?? Sometimes people receive them and other times they do not. I have one person that has an iphone and she can never receive a photo from me but yet she can send them fine. I just had someone send me a photo just now and I was trying to forward it to everyone on my contact list and it would not send it. Very frustrating. I never had this problem on my other phones.

Nov 10, 2011My daughter has a BB curve and has a problem sending text messages to one of her friends. She gets a message back saying that there are insufficient digits in the number. However, she has the correct number in her contact list and has also tried to reply to a received text from the friend but gets the same message. I have the same number in my BB Bold 9700 and she is able to send messages successfully from my phone. She has also re-saved the number of her contact but still no luck. This is the only number she has problems with.

May 27, 2011I went to update the email setup application on my new 9330 and throughout the update, it prompted me several times with the message: ? is also used by "Email Setup Application." If you proceed "Email setup application" may cease to function properly. Proceed? I don't know what the ? preceding the beginning of the statement means. After I clicked on this several times throughout the update it finally updated and prompted for a restart. I restarted and the phone filled up the status bar and froze. Even after I removed and replaced the battery several times. I got the phone to unfreeze finally but I won't update the email installer again until this problem is worked out.
