Just upgraded from Curve 8520 to Curve 9360, and I'm a little disappointed at the moment. Firstly, the battery doesn't last half as long, and secondly, its sending duplicate text in an email.
E.g.:
I send an email saying : Hi, how are you?.
What it really sends is : Hi, how are you? Hi, how are you? </div>
why is the same text sending 2x to the same person? how do I fix this? Curve 9360

I just purchased a motorola photon Q 4GLTE. Used to have the Samsung Moment. On this motorola I can take videos in HD 1080 or HD 720 and 3 other lower settings but none of them will send via text or email. Message says the file is to large and to use the Video MMS setting. I used that setting and the quality of the video is awful and the sound is almost inaudible. but it will send in a text. How can I send or convert my HD videos to mms and send them via text and email? Do I only have the option of the video MMS mode? If so....I would much rather have my samsung moment back. took much better pictures and sent high quality videos. I have searched high and low and went to a sprint repair store and there are no answers to my problem. The store said they are made like that and don't have good quality mms settings. I can't believe this is so. Is there an app or a setting to fix this problem

I'm on virgin mobile in Canada. 3 days ago it started telling me my messages have failed to send and sometimes I'd get the 'service currently not available will resend when network becomes available'. But the thing is when I would get those messages the texts were actually going through and the phone would send duplicates of these messages without my input. Now it's sending duplicates regardless if I get those failed message notifications. I've factory reset the phone twice. I've hooked it up to the computer to see what's going on and to see if there is an update. Both the computer and the auto update option say I'm up to date. Phone is not rooted. Running Android 5.0.1. I've called tech assist and I've replaced the sim card.

What I want it to do is show the SMS Inbox (which I can navigate to via the folder options, but I can't find a way to set it as a default). Sometimes it will send multiple duplicate copies of an SMS text. I mean 4 or 5 copies of the same message, usually straight after 1 another. My new bb curve 9360 can't seem to do that. Once I navigate to any other apps or anything, it resets the music player, gets rid of Now Playing and I have to start all over (I try to cycle through all my mp3s on random/shuffle). How can I even get to texting w/o stopping the music. Shouldn't there be a Home button or something (that doesn't stop the music)? I set up facebook.
