Feb 2, 2012my friends blackberry 9360 wont receive texts messages, have looked at Internet and there is no solution there?

BB Curve :: WLM Can't Receive Messages - 9360
Apr 24, 2012I have two 9360 white and black.Both using Indonesia Telkomsel Simpati prepaid line. Both has same BB package.Both using OS 7.1.0.258Everything identically same.Both can login to WLM.The white one cannot receive messages. Can send but cannot receive. When I send from my laptop it seems already sent but phone does not receive anything.I installed old version, it worked once, when I logout and re login, doesn't work again.Uninstalled and re installed new version, still not working.I inserted black phones sim card (which is working) to white phone. Still same problem. So it's definitely not carrier problem.Uninstalled WLM again but this time also deleted all 3 service book too. Restart phone and reinstalled wlm again.

Sep 26, 2010I recently purchased a Blackberry Curve 8300 from my friend the phone is unlocked to any network, in which i have an o2 UK sim inside, it loads up and the o2-UK logo comes up with a full signal GPRS (in capital letters) but i cannot send texts or make calls and i cannot receive them either.I have tried numerous battery pulls and soft soft resets to no avail, i have update to 4.5 software also, i really like the phone and don't want to have to throw it in the bin:I have registered through the Host Routing Table and received the confirmation email.I have the radio on the phone switched on.I can access the internet and receive e-mails.I can access BB Messenger.

I checked my voice mail, but the symbol did not go away. Since then I have not received any text messages. The text messages I send are getting through, but the ones other people send me aren't. Thinking my inbox might be full, I deleted a few conversations, to no effect. My phone is basically new and I haven't made any adjustments to it. Jan 30, 2010I'm currently away at college in an extended network but the whole 2 years I have been here I have never had a problem with service until this week.
My phone gets text messages and can receive calls at certain time but after a while if you try to make a call or send a text it won't go thru even though I have full bars or close to it.
Its weird I have service for like half an hour then suddently it stops. I have asked people with blackberrys who have verizon in the area and they aren't having any problems.
I have tried taking out the battery/Reset. It worked a few times but these last few days it has not solved the problem.
I already spoke to Verizon and they tried to do some troubleshooting with me.
My phone was working after I talking with Verizon but the problem keeps reoccurring.
Im in an area where I can't call 228 so even when my phone is working I cant update the software.

Sep 24, 2011I have a Curve 9360. I paired my phone to my PC, and have done so several times in an attempt to solve this problem, but to no avail. The problem is that while I can send files from my phone to my PC via bluetooth, I can't do vice versa. Everytime I try to send a file from my PC to my phone, the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard says,"The file transfer failed because the receiving Bluetooth computer or device did not respond.If you sent the file to another computer, that computer must be running the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard. f you sent the file to a Bluetooth device, make sure the OBEX File Push Profile is installed.'m pretty sure that everything's enabled (Bluetooth discoverable on the phone, on the computer, etc). So what could possibly be the problem, and how can I fix it (if I even can)?

I can send them and my friends get them, but when they reply it gets sent to my old phone which is an iPhone. I don't know if this is an error on Verizon's part by not setting it up correctly, or if I need to do something with my iPhone to stop the messages from being sent there. Feb 1, 2012My Blackberry Curve 9360 is not deleting messages from the server meaning that, after returning home from a week working away, I've still got a few hundred messages to wade through on my PC. I receive e-mails on the PC via Outlook Express. I've clicked on 'tools', 'accounts' then 'advanced' to ensure that the box for 'leave a copy of the message on the server' is unchecked i.e. messages should be being deleted from the server when prompted to by the phone but this is not happening. Not sure what else to try or perhaps there was something I did / didn't do during the set-up of the phone.
