My email doesn't download unless I turn the BB off, turn it back on, and then allow it to download. Or it will download to a certain point, and then stop. Hours pass and nothing new arrives (and I confirm that there are new emails to download).
my BB: 9900 OS: 7.1 Bundle 1424 using BB Businese Cloud Service for connecting my Microsoft 365 email.I have problem after upgraded my BB 9900 OS from 7.0 to 7.1 since 14 June.
Once I active my email in BB after upgrade to OS 7.1.The email send/receive is ok after active, but the email in my mailbox which older than activation time, never download to my BB.Besides, the delete folder never sync with my mailbox, always empty, which my mailbox have many deleted email in delete folder.
And the send/receive of my BB is very unstable in my BB last few days, it will delay receive and fail to send, need resend again and again, I checked with local mobile service provider.They confirmed nothing wrong with their network, the problem only happen in BB Cloud service.
I have just updated my iphone software and now I have problem to download my email from microsoft exchange outside my office. The email will be automatically updated when I am in the office (using wifi) but will stop connecting outside the office even though the wifi or 3G is available.
Im not sure why since ive reset my photon the only issue im having is downloading .doc files - the attachment says unsupported file type. Ive downloaded apps like readers and a different yahoo app but no luck - still unable to download those attachments. I havnt found any know issues or anything to support what im saying so maybe Im the only one.
I recently received a message telling me that an update was available for App World. I downloaded the update, installed it and rebooted. Now I am unable to download apps. When I hit the download button it takes me to the sign in for BlackBerry ID, then to terms and conditions and then to my ID settings! The only way I can get off this screen is to press Discard, which takes me back to where I started! I just keep going round in circles.
i recently tried to download the game 'Caro' and when i go onto my app world a message comes up saying i need an identity update, so i click install and then it says that its contacting the server but then it fails and tells me i need the update to be able to use the app store, this happens every time i go on my app world. if any knows what i can do to stop this.

I have a bit unussual problem, I can NOT download any app from Blackberry App World. When I select any app and 'click' 'Download' I'm asked to accept 'Blackberry App World and Blackberry Payment Service Addendum To The Blackberry ID Agreement' and after accepting I see 'Please Wait" icon for few seconds but after that nothing happens at all.

A few weeks ago I tried to update my FaceBook from AppWorld. When I got to the download page I did everything (authenticating, etc.) as per usual.The download began but then I received a message saying "FaceBook not available from AppWorld". I figured it could be a site problem so I forgot about it but when I tried it again this week same message. I am completely unable to download any apps or updates from AppWorld (I can from third part sites but that's all).Have done the removing battery and reinstalling thing but...no dice. In addition someone mentioned the "My World" icon I should be wqorking with buy..
using blackberry 8520 curve, for the past one month I'm unable to download whatsup on my phone from app world. it is showing only whats up messanger but no option to download the same.
I brought my blackberry in May of this year and could download large mp3s in excess of 70 MB at a rate high rate over 70 kB/s. In the past month or so I am unable to download even small audio files which download at a rate of less than 1 kB/s which ends with a downoad failed message.

Having problems updating the software in App World, accessing it starts then freezes. Any idea why I am not able to complete the download. I have to press the red telephone icon to escape but on returning the download is still frozen.
I recently got a link from my friend for BBM 7. I installed it but later on I was not able to see the icon. I deleted the BBM from my device via Settings-->Application. But now when I visit BB< website or appworld it shows BBM 7 which can not be installed on 8520 Curve.
Unable to receive incoming email to 1 email account on BB Curve 9330. tried several times Sprint support on phone and at store. Able to send emails from that email but it shows only on desktop. Other email accounts are running just fine.
I have a new blackberry and have given my old one to a friend she has put her Simi in and has managed to connect her WI-FI but is unable to connect her email as it keeps coming up with my email address, bbm also doesn't work it says cannot connect to server, does anybody know how to get it to work?

Am I correct that she need to download "BlackBerry App World" first? Assuming that this IS the case I tried this but we get an error message stating her device is not compatible??
software is 4.2.0.127 if that helps any? Internet access is via the home network only, this works fine as far as we know.

When I plug my phone in to my computer to download an app, I get the following message "An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device,disable and try again".
I just got my phone yesterday. when i opened the app wprld it asked me to upgrade and redirected me to a site from where i could upgrade it. however, that kept giving me an error. i delete the app world completely reboot my phone and then try downloading the app world on my handset. i did that just now but it still keeps giving me the same error which says

When I try to download an app -particulary the free scan barcode app, or the free upgrades, I always get the msg 'unable to validate the email address and password combination' now i know your instant reaction will be i've typed something in wrong but I swear i haven't and I havelost count of the number of times I have tried now
