Jan 16, 2012Whenever i try to download any app from the app icon on my BB 9360, it shows 'loading.for a very long time but actually it loads nothing.

BB Curve :: 9360 Can't Download Apps On Appworld
May 31, 2012I bought my BB Curve 9360 second hand and, despite making sure I was on a BB supported contract with Orange, have never been able to successfully download apps from appworld. I press 'download' and up comes the Agree/ Disagree box, which disappears after I select 'Agree'. And then - nothing. It has returned to the previous screen detailing information about the app and when I check my downloads, there it isn't. I have experienced a similar thing when I go on the payment methods option - I select 'Agree' and the screen doesn't change. I've been on several other forums but can't find any which have the same problem.I don't understand whether it's my BB or Orange or what?!

Jul 21, 2012i put my songs off my phone onto my laptop to then transfer onto my iPod i have been having serious difficulty with my phone, i cant receive pictures, voice notes and cannot download music. i have tried everything, i have deleted blackberry messenger, deleted app world, wiped the phone 3 times, taken the battery out a lot and also tried to restore factory settings (dont know if it worked). its really frustrating that i cant even download a song or receive a picture! please help because i dont know how much longer i can go before i smash the thing up!

When trying to download from app world it does the same!w to solve this problem i have tried battery pull and resetting my phone t factory settings nothing seems to work at the minute!

Regardless of the size of the file, or type, such as .mp3 or .exe for example - it downloads a few hundred KB's then says error. I can, however download from app world and I can browse. The device is a Curve 9360.I'm on an EDGE coverage using BIS.I've cleared browser memory, did a reset by pulling out the battery, deleted browser service books and re-registered on the network, even went as far as to do a full security wipe

Nov 18, 2012I was using me blackberry fine one minute and the next my trackpad of me blackberry curve 3960 is not working at all. I have tryed rubbing a piece or paper over it for 1-2 minutes and it is not working and i have tryed talking the battery out and putting it back in and it still isnt working. I think there might be dirt or something underneath it but im not sure. I would love for someone to give me something else to try to see if it works so I don't have to fork out to take it the shope if i could do it myself.

Sep 24, 2011I have a Curve 9360. I paired my phone to my PC, and have done so several times in an attempt to solve this problem, but to no avail. The problem is that while I can send files from my phone to my PC via bluetooth, I can't do vice versa. Everytime I try to send a file from my PC to my phone, the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard says,"The file transfer failed because the receiving Bluetooth computer or device did not respond.If you sent the file to another computer, that computer must be running the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard. f you sent the file to a Bluetooth device, make sure the OBEX File Push Profile is installed.'m pretty sure that everything's enabled (Bluetooth discoverable on the phone, on the computer, etc). So what could possibly be the problem, and how can I fix it (if I even can)?

May 16, 2012I have a Blackberry 9360. I've just run the Blackberry Desktop Software. It shows that I can update the software for my phone. However, whenI try to it comes up with amessage that says an error occurred, and I can't install it. My internet connection is fine. I've tried this a number of times with same result !! Any ideas what's wrong, or how to fix it ?Also, when on Blackberry Desktop Software and I click on 'pictures' under te Media Sync, it shows I have no pictures. I did have pictures, and pictures show up against my contacts, so I don't know what's happened, or if this is related to my updating problem. If I click on 'Music' I can see a message that states that I have insufficient storage to media sync.

Feb 21, 2012I bought my BB Curve 9360 last Friday. Today, I installed an app, which turned out to be not-working, so I deleted it right away. Then, the device asked for a reboot - until now it is rebooting.What I see is the Blackberry logo, and the loading bar, accompanied by the red LED in the right upper corner flickering. There is no getting past that screen - once it loads completely, the screen goes dark, and it starts all over again.So inspired by similar problems posted here&in other tech support websites, I decided to download the Desktop Manager and try to update the OS. This is where I got hit by a second time - although it is connected via USB cable,the desktop manager won't recognize the phone as connected, the phone won't show up a selection screen as to what I want to do (storage/sync... etc.) Yet it asked for my device password, which I entered correctly, and could choose the Update option. But while downloading the update, it suddenly stops and tells me to either check my internet connection - which is UP - or try it again later.

When I hit the download button it takes me to the sign in for BlackBerry ID, then to terms and conditions and then to my ID settings! The only way I can get off this screen is to press Discard, which takes me back to where I started! I just keep going round in circles.
