When to try to update my phone with new software or system updates the phone starts to download then turn off on its own! When trying to download from app world it does the same!w to solve this problem i have tried battery pull and resetting my phone t factory settings nothing seems to work at the minute!
media card for my curve 9360 had erased all songs,pictures and video.message of "media card has been inserted that contains errors..Do you wish to repai media card now"? and when I do it says Media Card Repair failed!!!!!! Is my media card fried? Is there another way to retrieve my data???
I bought my BB Curve 9360 second hand and, despite making sure I was on a BB supported contract with Orange, have never been able to successfully download apps from appworld. I press 'download' and up comes the Agree/ Disagree box, which disappears after I select 'Agree'. And then - nothing. It has returned to the previous screen detailing information about the app and when I check my downloads, there it isn't. I have experienced a similar thing when I go on the payment methods option - I select 'Agree' and the screen doesn't change. I've been on several other forums but can't find any which have the same problem.I don't understand whether it's my BB or Orange or what?!
i put my songs off my phone onto my laptop to then transfer onto my iPod i have been having serious difficulty with my phone, i cant receive pictures, voice notes and cannot download music. i have tried everything, i have deleted blackberry messenger, deleted app world, wiped the phone 3 times, taken the battery out a lot and also tried to restore factory settings (dont know if it worked). its really frustrating that i cant even download a song or receive a picture! please help because i dont know how much longer i can go before i smash the thing up!
Have a 8520 curve but am unable to download songs from all web sites. Pictures are fine. Have tried rebooting many times. Could it be a fault with the handheld or the internet provider.

Recently i purchased 2 albums containing songs marked as "available only as a part of an album". On the download page the download buttons for these songs appear inactive and in my download history they appear active but don't work. Clicking them only blocks the entire page. Is it a bug or maybe these songs are downloaded in some other way?
I've bought an album, and it won't let me download about 12 songs, saying they can only be downloaded as an album. I paid for the album but it won't let me have the songs I paid for.

Just made the switch from iPhone to Samsung S6 Edge. Therefore I decided to leave iTunes behind and switch to Google Music. I transferred all my music to Google Music and works great from my laptop. The problem is when I try to listen to my music on Google Music from my phone. It only allows me to listen to all of it if I am on wifi. But if I enable the "downloaded only" option only a few of them downloaded. The other ones are grayed out and can't play them unless I am connected to wifi. I have already spent several days trying to make this work! - Yes! I am logged in with the same google account on my laptop and phone.
I recently purchased some music from iTunes on my MacBook Pro while experiencing some problems with my internet. Eventually I got the songs downloaded to my computer, but it caused a weird error on my iPhone. It appears that the music I downloaded tried to automatically download to my iPhone but never started. The songs are just sitting there with the downloading icon next to them, but they are not downloaded. I have since syned my phone with my computer, causing these songs to become duplicates. My computer does not recognize that my phone is downloading them and I cannot delete them from either my phone or my computer. I have tried removing all of the music from my phone and resyncing it to no avail. Also, I have tried going to the iTunes app and checking the downloads tab, but nothing appears there.
I've purchased several albums from the same artist and when I download them from the cloud to put on my iPhone, it will not download certain songs on some albums.Â
I assume its because the same song is on another album already on the phone and its trying to conserve space, however, I listen to music by album, not songs or playlists, so I want to keep an album intact and have all the songs downloaded even if they're on other albums.Â
Whenever I download them, it says they're downloading and takes the time to do it, but then when I go to the album, it does not show them on the phone.Â

When I select the ovi music store in the music folder of my phone(Model Nokia X6-00,16GB), it will redirect to the homepage of the music and when i select the genre and telugu songs, I get some peculiar message like :"Please wait while you are signed in" And it takes me to nowhere. And I get a message as "You couldn't be signed in automatically. Please sign in manually." I want to ask, how can I sign in manually in the nokia ovi store. I don't get the download button to download the songs.
I bought a 5130 express today(16/12/2011) for my wife. The problem is the voucher to download 20 songs expired yesterday. Is there anyway that I can still get the voucher to be active since the the phone and contract is brand new??
am trying to download songs off of rhapsody but every time i try it tells me nothing.Has anyone been able to get music to transfer on their bionic. I find it silly that on my droid x it was no problem. But on my bionic it will not work.

Im looking for help I purchased a 9360 the othe day and can't get over how hot the back becomes,and how poor the battery life is. I have taken the first one back to the shop and they couldn't get over it either so swapped it for another one. The replacement is just the same Is anyone else having the same problems or know if there is a cure/fix for this.

I have a new Curve 9360 and since i updated my software, the BBM icon on the desktop will not open the BBM menu with contacts etc on. I can receive and send messages. When they appear but can't get my contacts and add new etc.
My daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
I don't think it's the computer, same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting in her phone which needs to be changed, or some software update (it seems to be fully updated)
