I am using a Blackberry 8310. I'd like to know how I can automatically download email images. At the moment if I click the image link it opens as a separate file. But I need to see it in the body of the email as I am testing HTML email designs for mobile phones.

View 9 Replies View RelatedLast year I went on holiday and at the time I took lots of photos, around 500 in total. However some of the photos aren't displaying the image of the photo, just black or white squares. When I took the pictures they registered as pictures and you could see the photo without any problem. Soon after I returned home, when I tried to upload them to my laptop, I noticed some weren't displaying anything anymore. The photo thumbnail is just a black or white square, and when I tap on it pulls up the 'photo' but there is no image. I'm uploading them to Facebook and I thought it was just an issue with the file format (even though they were taken on the iPhone) and maybe they would display once uploaded, but they haven't. If I remember correctly, when I checked the file size on my laptop they read 0KB. What happened to my photos? Can I get them back?Â
This is what it looks like. They used to be photos but now they're blank thumbnails. The exact same happens but in black on some photos.

i have download images automatically = yes, i have enable html email = yes.however, for every email i receive with images, they are blocked out and i have to do 'get images'.how do i set 'get images' as a default for all emails. i don't want to have to do this from inside each email i get, it's so annoying.curve 9330 5.0.0.913?

1) When I have an email, whether my personal or work, and the email contains images, they don't show up on the BB. I know within each e-mail I can ask for the images to show but is there an option somewhere for it to always show? I don't want to have to ask for the images on each e-mail.
2) At the top of the screen, I have the Facebook logo and the the number 2 right before it and it won't go away.I do not have any new notifications from Facebook-I know a red star comes with those to alert me to that.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have Nexus 6 with latest Lollipop (5.1.1) running.I have tried many email clients (Gmail, Nine, Blue, Aqua, etc. and found no way to insert photos inline into an email. Only as an attachment.I would love to be proven wrong here, because I want this to work, but the fact that you can't do this is INSANE. iPhone? Easy to do... Long press, "Insert Photo", pick the photo (or take a photo). Done.
Android? Nope, can't do it. Can't even copy a photo into the clipboard from Photos, or any other photo viewer. Best you can do is sometimes copy an image from a webpage and past it inline using Nine Exchange client.This is the type of thing that keeps Android always second best, never quite able to be equal with iOS for usability.
Why can't I forward emails that I receive from the internet? When you forward the email the images and some of the text are lost. Even if you save it as a draft you some of the content are lost. Is there maybe another email app that I can use (just not K9, doesn't work).

2. The images I did download are very small (certainly smaller than the were when uploaded). Is it possible to download the full-sized image ? If not, is this a phone/browser or Facebook limitation ?
Whenever I take a picture and either try to upload it to facebook or text it to somebody, the picture turns 90 degrees.

View 5 Replies View RelatedWhen I go into the text messages app, it only shows the current day's messages and the time that I received them. No contact name, no number. I've played around with it a bit, but cant figure out where to even begin addressing this.
I recently switched out my Curve 9350 under warranty, since the old one was overheating and draining the battery. The first one I had didn't have this issue, from the get-go it showed contact names, pictures, and broke the messages down into days, but I could scroll and view all of them. My new one has only shown my text messages in the way I described above.
