May 14, 2011My Curve 9300 connects to the internet without a problem but I cannot see an image if there is one, the text can be read though.

Mar 16, 2012Camera Images are not visible in media/picture/camerapictures after doing lot of research i unhide th folder camera in home/user/camera it was working perfectly fine , suddently camera stops saving pics in media folder ..... even with fb apps i can't upload the pics because it point to the media folder , which always empty

Feb 21, 2012am using nokia e5,it was working all well but few days before i tranferred files from laptop to my cell(images) using Mass Storage option by data cable.soon after that images and videos saved in memory card is not visible on phone.test mesgs and music files are visible but phone isnt showing my images and video files which ive recievd through bluetooth and saved in memory card.why is this so?

I am learning my way around the phone, but still have a few questions.Is there a way, when I open e-mails, to have the images automatically be visible?I've been lurking and reading the message boards and have seen a lot of people discussing resetting the phone. Should this be done after installing new apps, and if so, how would I reset the phone.

Aug 7, 2011Many names in the address book not showing up. Hence, when I get a call or make one, the name doesn't come up with the number. After the call, the number with the name is visible in call log as outgoing or incoming or missed. In the database details it shows my address book having 238 numbers (these are the numbers currently visible). So how is it that the names are visible in the log and not in the address book and also not visible during a call.

Aug 15, 2010I recently bought BlackBerry Curve 8520, and today I noticed a dark spot on its screen it is only visible on white background, and the text reads just fine. The intensity of the spot changes it depends at which angle I am reading the text, etc. (well, this is rather obvious, I guess). I tried to reboot the device by removing the battery, it didn't help.

1. Is this possible from the built-in browser ? I can do it from Opera Mini, but haven't found a straightforward method for the Nokia browser.
2. The images I did download are very small (certainly smaller than the were when uploaded). Is it possible to download the full-sized image ? If not, is this a phone/browser or Facebook limitation ?

Jun 13, 2011I've had my blackberry curve 8530 through Sprint since last August and have always been able to text pictures/images. Since May, this is no longer an option and it's extremely annoying and frustrating! I don't want to MMS pictures and have my contacts get a message saying my sprint account has sent them a picture - that's RIDICULOUS! Have I altered the setting somehow? When I go to "view pictures", click on a photo, click the blackberry button, select "send/share" - I get the following options: send as email, send to facebook, send as mms, send to blackberry messenger contact. SMS used to be an option!

Soo I didnt know what to do, so I thought, why not try putting my SIM card into another phone, so I put it in my old Samsung Taco, it loaded up alright but none of the messages are there, they are just the ones from the old Taco, same with pictures, and everything else, is there anyway to view that image on that phone?
BB Curve :: Corrupt Images On 8520?
Oct 14, 2012Whenever I take photos it often happens that they are corrupt. Although they appear normal when being viewed on the Blackberry, but when I connect it to a PC and try to view them there they are either a mixture of several photos I have taken in one picture or in some cases even the image header is corrupt. I have already formatted the Micro SD card.

Feb 13, 2010I just started noticing that the images on any website look really crappy...as if with a really bad resolution...they dont look clear at all..the color on them seems to dark..as if cartoony.. =(
The pics on my memory card all look clear when i view them..even the ones i take with the camera..but everything i view online seems to be wrong..
Did i mess up its resolution?? Or are my web settings wrong?? I tried doing a battery pull and even taking the memory card out but nothing...what can be wrong.It bothers me to look at pics that way!!! They look like they have a watercolor affect on them...i cant put a pic up so im trying to explain myself very clearly here.

May 5, 2010I could not seem to find the right postings to help me with this.I attached a simple small .jpg file and sent it to the new Sprint 8530 BB phone to use as a desktop background.The attachment is a 'Winmail.dat' file. I have downloaded the file to what I thought to me the picture folder but it does not show up.
1) Is there a setting that would automatically show the attached pics like on my old Tmobile Blackberry? (Like an 8320 series)
If I have to 'Download images' manually everytime, I am taking this thing (actually 3 of them) back to Sprint and going back to T-mobile.

1) When I have an email, whether my personal or work, and the email contains images, they don't show up on the BB. I know within each e-mail I can ask for the images to show but is there an option somewhere for it to always show? I don't want to have to ask for the images on each e-mail.
2) At the top of the screen, I have the Facebook logo and the the number 2 right before it and it won't go away.I do not have any new notifications from Facebook-I know a red star comes with those to alert me to that.
