I am using Airtel Blackberry Internet Services on 9300, After activating the services I got the EDGE icon in Caps and the internet works but only for a minute after that no pages are loading. Even apps don't work it takes forever to load and I get no internet connectivity but I still have the EDGE icon in caps and the network usage arrows working.

Anyway my point is if edge is working fine and fast (for edge speeds that is). Then it can't be the antenna. Att must be updating 3G somehow.

is the BB 9300 3G or EDGE. Whenever I'm going on facebook it takes a while for the comments/photos to open. I don't have a lot of music on my phone. Last night I bluetooth 25 songs to my phone. I don't have videos and 8 photos on my phone. I also don't have other unnecessary applications. I have noticed this phone goes between 3G and EDGE. When its on EDGE then I can put the phone away then I can't do anything.why when I download some "free" applications, like world radio, and when I use it, I get charged. My service provider can't figure this out as it's a BB application. if I audio stream a local radio station [URL] then I experience constant buffering. As per the radio host, I'm the only one that experience this. What can I do?

It's not flashing, and the red flashing light for messages does appear with it when i have a notification, but the green light always returns... I've tried taking out the battery, but the green light is the first thing that comes on when the battery is replaced. |I then let the battery run down and then charged it again, but the green light remains... It will find UMA.But takes an age to lock on.And sometimes when making /receiving calls i get cut off and my router crashes (loses internet connection)!If i go into my wifi settings in my phone (wifi diagnostics). Under UMA it says 'UMA connection failed'.But no 'error' code!!I have checked my router settings and everything seems ok as it does on my phone.But this morning i contacted AOL router support and they told me that it will not be the router but an issue with the phone!While i am typing this.It has just found UMA (after approx 1 hour of trying) but if i make a call or receive one , i will more than likely be cut off.I forgot to mention that i have a 'speedtouch'(thompson) router. And am thinking of asking AOL for a 'Netgear'!Although my laptop and xbox 360 run just fine via the speedtouch with no problems whatsoever?

In the profile options I can only choose between flashing and off.Is there a workaround for this or are there any 3rd party applications that could accomplish this?
I have only had it af ew days (brought second hand) and it worked fine for the first day and I ordered a sim to go in and now its just not charging or turning on, I tried taking the sim out to do it too but it didn't work and it has a constant red/orange light on while its plugged in to charge. I send a connect message from the 8320 to the 8900 and get a message "Connection to 8900 failed".Tried to connect the other way around, sending the request from the 8900 to the 8320 and the drop down menu does not show the "connect" option.

I bought my BB Curve 9360 last Friday. Today, I installed an app, which turned out to be not-working, so I deleted it right away. Then, the device asked for a reboot - until now it is rebooting.What I see is the Blackberry logo, and the loading bar, accompanied by the red LED in the right upper corner flickering. There is no getting past that screen - once it loads completely, the screen goes dark, and it starts all over again.So inspired by similar problems posted here&in other tech support websites, I decided to download the Desktop Manager and try to update the OS. This is where I got hit by a second time - although it is connected via USB cable,the desktop manager won't recognize the phone as connected, the phone won't show up a selection screen as to what I want to do (storage/sync... etc.) Yet it asked for my device password, which I entered correctly, and could choose the Update option. But while downloading the update, it suddenly stops and tells me to either check my internet connection - which is UP - or try it again later.

I bought the device a month ago and had a brand new battery installed in no later than yesterday.Battery life is about 3 to 5 hours at the very best, whilst I am not using any specific 3rd party application.In addition, the "clock" apprears on a very frequent basis, slowing the system dramatically.I do not have any files saved on the media card ... Wi-fi has been disabled already as have Bluetooth. LAt, connection the mobile network is fine so I do not believe it has to do with the device desperately seeking connection.PS: I am based in France with SFR being my provider.

However,Things I have tried so far: I have used the desktop software's upgrade function to upgrade but every time I get the message that, there is no upgrade available. I also downloaded my carrier (MTN - South Africa) specific software the "9300M_PBr6.0.0_rel1879_PL6.6.0.124_A6.0.0.448" file and installed it onto my computer. I then connected my BB and tried to upgrade but was still unsuccessful.

The problem im facing with my phone currently is with data loss. the phone constantly shows EDGE but i still cant send/receieve emails, send/receieve Bbm and also cant load webpages.
When i try sending a message to a friend on BBM, i see a "red clock" sign Is this a problem with my handset or is it just a network problem?
I read a few posts on the forum but all were 2009 based. I did run a diagnostic test too but the results say Abort under all cases.
