View 2 RepliesThe assistant for email set up show that we have normally 2options:
1) I want to create or add an email adress
2) I want to use a work email account..
I don't have the first option, only the second choice is possible, how can i do to set up an email adress?
i have seen a lot of demo's and topics about e-mail setup, but i just can not setup my e-mail because in my settings it only shows the option to setup an e-mail through the enterprise code.how is it possible that my option to add an e-mail account is lost?does anyone know how i can get that option? or to set up my e-mail otherwise.

View 1 Replies View RelatedHow many Personal email accounts Blackberry's are allowed to have? I have 3 Personal email accounts now and want to add more and wont allow me to add more. I have a Blackberry Curve 9300. And this comes to my next question. I am having difficulties adding and deleting an email account. When I go to "setup - email accounts - I have an option of Internet Mail Account and Enterprise Account. I select Internet Mail Account and when I select the Blackberry boots me out" I have nothing but problems with this OS 6.0 on my BB.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI did a search, and I seem to be having the opposite issue many others have had. I am trying to setup a Blackberry Enterprise Server email address on my Blackberry 8530, but I only have the option to setup a personal one in the Email Setup Wizard. I do have a black berry data plan setup, my personal email is working fine on the blackberry, but I need the enterprise option to work with my work's email. I cannot find any support to detail why this is happening.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just got my first blackberry today. It is a white blackberry curve 8530. I am adding all my personal settings to it and as I was trying to add my email it wont let me. The only option it is giving me is to use a work email with a Blackberry Enterprise Server. I have no idea what that is. All I wanna do is have my msn email address set up. I havent activated it with a service yet. I am going to be using virgin mobile. Could that be why its not working?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI want to setup email connection. On this 9360 I do not have any Connection Assistant so I use "setup" mode and "mail accounts" options. Usually (as on my previous Curve 8520) I used to have two options when entering there :
- Use my own email address (personal address) or create a new one
- Use my Enterprise email address
But when I launch Email setup on my curve 9360, I have only the Enterprise option so that I Cannot setup email! My 9360 runs under OS 7.
I know I have been on this a lot lately, mostly because I was switching Blackberry's.I'm still on my 8320 but for some reason I can't set up my personal yahoo e-mail like it was on my old 8320.I'm kinda bad with directions lol, so if someone could help me and possibly break it down for me, it would be appreciated.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI upgraded my 9360 OS recently from OS 7.0 to v 7.1.0.336, Platform 9.6.0.51. Since the upgrade I no longer have the option to delete e-mails on handheld only or on the server as well. I really enjoyed having the option to delete totally or just from my handheld and then view the mail later on my pc.When I delete a mail from my BB now, it just deletes it from my device and leaves it on the server without the option to delete it there as well.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI recieved my Curve 8520 6 days ago and I am still waiting on my service provider contacting me about the Blackberry Tariff HOWEVER when setting up my phone using the Wizard Setup I did not have two options for the email setup, only Enterprise Email Activation...I have never had one, this is my first Blackberry. How do I apply the other option of Add An Email Address? Or does this mean that the phone has been used by someone else (even though it was bought from my service provider "brand new"), or a fault has arisen? What can be done?
View 6 Replies View RelatedOkay, I got a new Blackberry Curve 8530, and it's the first Blackberry I've had. I changed the style of my SMS messaging from bubbles to stripes, and now it won't change back. I can go into the options, and change it and save the changes, but it stays the same. It will even say that it's set to bubbles, but it doesn't change the look of it. I know it's not a huge deal, but it bothers me, and I was wondering if it's a user error, or something is up with my Blackberry.
