BB Curve 83xx :: APN Setting - Cant Find Out

I have an 8310 Curve with CellularOne. I bought a Google Nexus One and would like to use it with the CellularOne SIM on their network. The Nexus functions just fine so far, but I need to set the APN on it to be able to use the data functions, but I can't find out what the APN setting is on the Blackberry currently so I can enter it into the Nexus. How do you find out what the current APN setting is on the Blackberry Curve? found cellular1wap as the suggested APN but this doesn't work.

I gave my 8320 to my niece , however i have two email accounts and a tmo.blackberry. email email on the phone, she is not using a data plan how do i delete the accounts off the phone? I can not find the icon for setting up email? what do i do?

So I was camping and sprint has horrible coverage in mountains so I should do nothing on my phone.However VZW people were fine. I switched from roaming to normal like 50 times.Is there a way to make it sit on vZW?

I have bb8330, no BES, no BIS, do have BB data plan and am using opera mini. I have to download apps to my bb using ota downloader. It will only download .jad files. I have had several links sent to my email address so I can download them with ota downloader using my DM, but they are not .jad urls and do not work? How do I find the .jad file or url? Once I load these 3rd party apps, will they work for me? The one I want in particular is Viigo. Will it work without a BB browser? I am using opera mini 4.2. I might also add that I can not find a media manager file in my DM. I have searched the DM and the BB CD for a media manager, but can not find it in either one.

For some reason I can't get my Curve to connect to the the desktop manager. I have installed and uninstalled the Manager 3x, tried to different computers and 3 different USB cables and still nothing. When I plug the phone into the PC it shows the charging icon for about 5 seconds then it disappears and when I try to access it with the DM it cant find the PIN. I checked to make sure that the DM was set to recognize the USB. The last time I use the DM was back in November and everything was fine, but now nothing wants to work.

I have created folders on my media card to store pictures. I can't find them - the folders or the pictures. The only folders I can find seem to be the album art that automatically downloads itself when I add music to my BB 8330. I can't find any of my pictures besides the ones that automatically placed themselves on the camera memory.
How can I make it so the pictures go to a folder on my memory card, completely skipping the camera memory? And then how can I find these individual folders? And THEN how can I stop the album art, which doesn't actually show up but makes its own folder on the BB.
This is becoming very frustrating as I thought I had followed a thread here on Crackberry and obviously have screwed something up. I hope these pictures are still there. I just can't get to them.

I have a BB Curve 8310 and at strange times I get a "blip blip blip" sound. Every time I hear it I search my running apps to see what it seems to be notifying me of and can't find the source of the sound. Anyone else experience this and if so any idea what it is the app that could be making the sound?

I can't find the voip setting app in Ctrl. panel. I have just updated to the latest firmware. I am using E72-2 RM-529. My software version is 081.003. I believe I have downloaded and installed the right SIP Voip setting. Please correct me if I am wrong. I have downloaded SIP VoIP 3.x Settings (164 kb) from this page. [URL]It installs fine but when I go in Ctrl. panel, its not there. I have checked in other menu such as Settings and Apps. menu but to no avail.I am under the impression that Nokia is blocking SIP clients on newer updates.

I was given a BB Curve 8310 to attempt a repair. When I attach the USB cable to the BB the system tray does not pop up with a notification that says "found new hardware" like it normally does when you plug a BB in. When the phone boots up it displays error msg " JVM Error 513". I attempted to looking into the device by using "cracmem" and "JL_Cmder" and no data is to be found and thus there is nothing to wipe. I suspect that the device has already been wiped thus the no data. I have pulled the battery from the phone and reinstalled; unplugged the usb cable during the BB boot process and nothing is happening. The DM application loader will not allow me to procede due to computer not recognizing the BB device thus it is not generating the "USB:UNKNOWN".

I installed the BB desktop manager for Mac yesterday, and this morning connected to remove some apps, create some space, and install all the updates. In the process of this it mysteriously just stopped doing anything right after it said "database cannot be backed up" and shut off. Now it's flashing red twice, pausing for about 2 seconds, and repeating the flashing. I pulled the battery and sim even though I was sure that wouldn't do anything, plugged it back into my laptop, plugged it into the wall both with and without the battery, and nothing has changed. The desktop manager doesn't not recognize the device at all.
I'm using a Curve 8330. Is there anything I can do or am I screwed totally? Also, and I know this is a long shot, but what are the odds that I can restore the device and save the data that's on it?

I've had my 8330 Curve with Verizon since November 2008. Very happy with it. I also happen to still be using OS 4.3.0.127 (202), which is what the unit came loaded with. I never bothered upgrading because I would always hear of people having issues or DM only backing up your contacts and not your apps, lower music volume, etc. I don't really need Docs To Go, but HTML e-mail would be nice and the biggest thing is trying to improve these BBM delays I constantly get when trying to send a message. I'm thinking an upgrade to the latest BBM might help change that.
Of course, in order to do that, I need to upgrade to 4.5. So I've decided to do it, but not before I ask for feedback here. I've scanned dozens of other threads here, all with varying opinions. It's been long enough. Is it wise to do this and, if so, what is the latest OS for VZW (is it .138)? What risks am I really running here? Need a reality check on this.

I don't know if this is possible or not so I thought I would ask here, is it possible to alter the way the menu functions in the blackberry curve? in example, what I want to do is like when I send a sms text message and when I hit the trackball and the menu options come up, the send button is highlighted, and what I would like do is modify it so that the check spelling is highlighted first and then send button is right below it, is it possible to do this or is this an internal Blackberry Software modification?

I have a Blackberry Curve 8320. Yesterday night, the "battery too low for radio use" sign appeared. I plugged it in for about an hour but the sign would not disappear so I did a battery pull. Radio turned back on, but now the phone will not charge. The lightning icon still shows up by the battery but it is stuck at 5%. Any suggestions?

Because I had to wipe my phone last week and lost just about everything (had some address book on my KATANA to download what was there).I just now did a fresh back up of my device. Except that, I wanna tether with my BB (Yes I have a plan for it) and on my provider web page, they say I need DM 5.0 EXCEPT that I have a 8310 and I'm on OS 4.5
