I have an iCloud account and find my phone set up on my iPad for my phone and my iPad, my husband has an iphone 4 that we want to set up for find my phone app. How do I set his account up on my iPad. We don't have a Mac computer or any other Mac devices. Can this be done?

I have iPhone 4S and an iPad2 WiFi both running iOS5.1
I use the iPhone hotspot function to get the iPad on the internett when not at home. This workes great, I had to type inn the WiFi password the first time i connected the iPad, later the iPad connects without having to type the password.
Since iOS 5.1 the iPad sometimes have problems finding the iPhone hotspot. I turn on the "shared internet" function of the iPhone, open the smartcover on the iPad, but it does not connect (the two attached rings does not appear). If I go to Settings>WiFi on the iPad, the iPhone WiFi hotspot does not show up, the iPad just keeps searching. Then after a little while, the iPad suddently connect, ususally after I open Safari or Mail or something on the iPad. If I then close the smartcover, and leave the iPhone hotspot on, reopen the iPad smart cover, again the iPad does not seem to find the WiFi hotspot. I have to turn the hotspot function off/on on the iPhone, and then after a little while it works. When first connected,everything works OK.

1- Whenever I go to the E-mail setup, it says "Checking For Updates"
2- Directs me to the Browser in order to download the update
3- Once I do the update, my phone just freezes and does not reboot after a long time. And even if it does reboot, the home page does not load I had to reinstall the OS several times and now I can't even set up any E-mail accounts because it just brings me back to the "Update".I need to be able to receive e-mails on my device.
Just got my 950 two days ago and unfortunately running into an issue with setting up a couple of email accounts.
I have six email addresses I track on the phone. Five of them are all on the same server but are different inboxes while the sixth is the Hotmail account from Microsoft.
Unfortunately two of the accounts on my personal server are not setting up. The phone tells me that it is synced by nothing is showing. I even submitted a test email from the phone that did show up on my desktop Outlook but does not show up on my phone.
I did a hard reset of the phone and still the exact same issue. I'm stumped as the other emails work just fine but for some reason these two inboxes are causing problems. They worked on my 920 and they work on Outlook desktop version. So what is the trick to get this working?
My HP 5940 printer had worked fine with my iMac (Mountain Lion) and our iPhone 4 and original iPad using Airprint. I don't use it often, but it just worked.Â

I have a question... and some have been partially answered by the "Similar threads feature" when creating this thread, + I have searched thru the FAQ, etc.. before creating this thread. And done some google searching, but I mainly run into enterprise account users posts, etc.. Mine are just MSN, and GMAIL.
I have multiple accounts that all forward to one GMail account. One of them is a @msn account which is setup to forward, but keep copy on server.
Right now I have my main GMail address setup in my blackberry. I also have the GMail App installed, but since email opened with it is not HTML, it's sort of worthless to me.
Anyway, I would like the ability to send to/reply to certain emails using the alternate account, that in all likelihood was sent to one of the alternate accounts.
How to go about adding the MSN account as a "SEND ONLY" account?
And also, how do I add the other GMail accounts that forward to my primary, so that they show up as an option to use to send FROM, but never receive from the account?
My Carrier is Sprint, but I don't think that makes much difference.
If I could get this setup, I would be very happy.
My wife I and I just receive brand new Verizon sealed in the box Samsung Omnia I910 phones [1 each]. After several years with Verizon we are really excited about starting new accounts with Page Plus. Can someone here help us set up these phones or at least point us in the right direction. We know next to nothing in this area. I am fairly good at building and servicing computers, but I have never done anything on a phone.

7. Could you please be nice to us [it is our very first time here and we are totally excited about setting these new Samsung Omnia i-910's up right the first time.
I have searched hi and low so i assume there is no way to set the default DIFFERENTLY for each email account i have (i have three). i know how to set the default for the entire device (options, device settings, advanced, default) but that sets the default for all three of my accounts the same, which forces we to use the pull down to change it. is there no way to have a different default for each account?
View 3 Replies View RelatedIn the past when I changed my BB I would login to Rogers BIS web site and click "Detect New Device" and the new BB would be detected. I would then have the service books pushed to the new BB.I recently changed to a BB Curve 9360 and logged into the on-line BIS. When I clicked on "Detect New Device" the new BB wasn't getting detected. When I went to the email set-up tool on the device, as expected my email accounts were not there. I added one email account which got added successfully. However, there was no way for me to associate my new BB with my existing BIS account. In essence, a new BIS account was created.
I had to call Rogers BlackBerry Technical Support and ask them to remove my old BB/Pin and add my new BB/Pin. As a result I had to validate all of my email accounts (and unfortunately delete and re-enter a couple email accounts because the email settings somehow changed).Unfortunately, the second time I switched my BB it seems like my BlackBerry ID profile was cleared by the BB technical support rep and I lost all my BBM contacts (and just my luck I had deleted my back-up a couple minutes prior).what's the proper method to associate a new BB with your BIS account and BlackBerry ID?

View 3 Replies View RelatedFor whatever reason I can't get the stock e-mail app to sync my G-mail account correctly, unless I use the manual sync. It shows every 15 minutes (not thrilled with that either) but still won't do it. I really like the stock e-mail app with the gesture swipe too and just the general look of it. How can the g-mail app continuously sync and not this one? Plus I don't want notifications coming up for both apps, it's pretty redundant.Data push is turned on for: my gmail accountFetch Schedule is every 15 minutes but it shows for "no accounts" can't find an option that connects my account.
