BB :: Curve 3G Restarting On Its Own
Jun 12, 2012The auto on/off feature iS OFF but it still restarts on its own every 2-3 days battery has full charge as well.

BB Curve 8520/8530 :: My Curve Keeps Restarting And Won't Turn On
Jul 17, 2010I recenty cleared my phonne with the alt+lglg and cleared some other history stuff, and i seen a thing for memory cleaner and i enabled it and i figured that might save me some time, it prompted me before i closed it that memory cleaner would run when the phone had been rebooted and something else. but now my phone has been rebooted and it wont turn on it just keeps restarting over and over and over again. i left it over nihgt hoping it would be working in the morning and it still rebooted all night.

Apr 18, 2012On Monday my 8530 restarted on its own. It has now done it 3 more times. When the phone comes back on the battery is completely drained. Today I pulled the battery after it restarted and when it started up again the battery life had come back, but it restarted itself again about 2 seconds later. Is my phone on its way out? I've had it for about 20 months (Telus).

Sep 10, 2012For the past three weeks my BlackBerry Curve 8520 has been restarting itself. I have noticed it only does this while I'm playing music or on the internet. For example when I try to change a song the loading clock will appear on my screen, and then my screen will go white, my phone will make a strange sound and then restart.

May 30, 2010I had my phone outside with me while i was swimming. my phone didn't get wet at all and was never in the sun, and was covered by a towel. however, when i went to go pick it up, it was in the process of restarting. when it finally got to the tmobile screen, it vibrated, then turned off and restarted again. it's been doing this nonstop. i've tried taking the battery out, plugging the phone in, then putting the battery in. keeping it on the charger while it restarts. letting it die completely from it restarting so much. and leaving the battery out for a few hours before putting it back in. however, none of it has helped. I've looked at other forums and help sites, but it all says it has to do with a new os. i haven't downloaded anything on to my blackberry in months. i've seen things about using desktop manager, but my computer is broken right now, too. :/ for awhile, my memory card kept saying that it had an error and needed to fix it on desktop manager, but again, i haven't been able to use my computer.

Jan 11, 2011My Blackberry Curve 9300 keeps freezing and then the screen will go white and the LED light will go red, after about 10 - 20 seconds it'll reboot. It does this ATLEAST 5 times a day. Is there anyway to fix this? I've tried "reloading the OS" tried a sytstem wipe and fresh install but no luck.

Sep 24, 2012I picked up my phone to use it and it just restarted for no reason. I hadnt downloaded anything or dropped it or nothing. Now it constantly reboots, stays on for 5 seconds and reboots again. I have tried removing the battery, sim etc, nothing works. Besides updating the OS, is there nothing else I can do, just to keep it on? I can't event keep it on long enough to upgrade the OS?

I've spent all day looking online and trying everything possible but nothing has worked. I've updated software, taken out the battery, left it on charge, left it off charge, taken out the memory card, wiped absolutely everything but nothing has worked. I can't make it to the o2 shop until Wednesday but would obviously prefer for it to be fixed before then.

Jun 27, 2015My friend broke its os and gave it to me because he didn't need it, i put insertcoin on it and rooted it. Every like 1-3 seconds it reboots after being shut off, it reboots then goes to the lock screen and i can use the phone for about a second then it restarts. Im thinking it may be an app/apk i installed but i don't know, it was like this before i restarted it. and its happened 4 times before, 3 of which i just reinstalled the os and wiped the phone and the last time it fixed its self. this time its been going on for 30min and it wont seem to fix itself.

Torch :: BB Keeps Restarting On Its Own
Nov 20, 2012I brought blackberry torch last year in Nov and is still in warranty period. Few days back, my bb started rebooting on its own. The reboot would start, halt in between and again restart. This means that fone is unable to restart completely. I tried connecting it to PC and do a virus scan but since the phone did not reboot completely, virus scan was not possible. By no other means am I able to start the phone.
