i sign up with ACN yesterday but unable to get blackberry messenger service. although, the other blackberry messenger service is on my old phone using crazy johns simcard is still on. talk on the phone with ACN specialist and they say all the service's still on.
anyone ever have the same problem as me? do i have to kill the messenger service on the other simcard first in order for me to get the messenger service?
I've recently purchased my blackberry bold 9700 off of a friend, and im trying to update my blackberry messenger. i have tried creating a new blackberry ID and a message is appearing saying 'Blackberry app world is having troublr connecting to the blackberry app world server. Verify your network connections and try again. (error id:30641). this may sound silly but any ideas as to what i have to do? my network is fine and can use blackberry messenger and the internet and i am also connected to my home wifi?
I have connected my BB Bold to my wi-fi But i am not able to use my BB Messenger or any other BB applications which use Data plans. any workaround available?
I am unable to access the Blackberry messenger. Clicking on the BBM icon doesnt work at all. I have tried rebooting the system, reinstalling the BBM, switching it off and on, but nothing works.
I have recently bought a bb Bold 9780, subcribed to BIS on mobily network.i can send and recieve emails and browse internet too.. however cant use the facebook my space twitter or other app on the phone.In network option , Blackberry internet options shows not connected.on the status bar on the top of the screen i see 3G with the bb logo.
I am failing to sign in yahoo messenger, keeps on saying invalid yahoo! ID or Password, i reinstalled another one thinking the problem could be from the old version
I just got my new Blackberry Bold 9000 and got everything migrated from my old Pearl and I have everything working good except the Blackberry Messenger. I upgraded it to 5.0.0.57 and all I get is the Blackberry Messenger License Agreement and it will not allow me to click on either button, ``I Accept``or ``Ì Do Not Accept`` .Is there something I`m missing or what.... This is very frustrating as it is my only way of communicating while I`m working.

I'm a prepaid customer and has activated the weekly plan which is for 100.I got a confirmation msg saying Ihave been registered.however I cannot use my bbm nor facebook nor thebb app world or anything in that case and it says I need to upgrade mydata plan.I've used the weekly plan before and its never happenedbefore.also the 'edge' on my top right screen appears as EDGE and notedge.I thought that's a sign that I have the bb data plan working onmy phone but it doesn't work.I went ahead and deactivated the bb service and re activated my data plan twicebecause when I tried upgrading my data plan,it said I need todeactivate my present data plan first.well,its stil the same old problem!
I have a Bold 9900, and have already setup an account with my carrier in regards to the BIS account/email (stc.blackberry.com) in my case. It was setup through the email client on the bold and not through the website (stc.blackberry.com).verytime i try to login it says username/password is incorrect, though i am sure it is correct. I had previously tried to create the account through the website, but an error of "Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access BlackBerry Internet Service". That error occurs even if i use the Bold 9900 browser or and other browser for that matter. The email account sends an recieves emails, but i cannot access the settings via the website on the phone or pc.
After 6 months of normal activities, my Blackberry stopped received emails on my BIS accounts, however i can still send email. I have read several forums and contacted my operator and done the following:try to register again, deleyed the service books and asked for new ones (i couldnt receive the service books)reinstalled the O/S after wiping and resetting factory settings using javaloaderstill cant receive the service books, however my fone register, what else can i do ?
I have downloaded and installed windows live messenger to a curve 8520. When I try to log onto it I get a message saying 'Service not enabled for this handset'.
I bought a sprint blackberry bold 9650 through amazon, and I'm in Kenya. There is no sprint network In Kenya and I'm unable to use the Blackberry service and hashcodes through a local network provider, safaricom. I can make calls and sms. What should I do?
I am using the blackberry service using a GSM service provider, I would like to switch to a new GSM service provider. When I switch the SIM card the handset ask for blackberry ID and password, on entering the details it says invalid Blackberry ID. Can I just use another BB handset and use the new SIM to route all my emails and BB messenger to the new handset.
I have BB curve 8530, I m unable to login into Window messenger, it say invalid email or password, whereas I m able to login on my laptop using the same details. I tried to Login with a new hotmail account, creating a new account , I changed my password, I deleted the app and re-installed. Unable to figure out the solution. I was able to login yesterday but since today morning i m facing this problem.
I am unable to access my BBM. As my cell got off , I got my cell's battery Charge and try it. Still it didn't open .later I open my battery while my cell was on and restart it atleast 4 times. I have a blackberry tour 9630 which I bought online. I am in South Africa, so the network I am currently using is Vodacom. The phone is on Verizon network am able to activate my Blackberry Internet Services, but these however, do not work. I am unable to use the Internet or use Blackberry messanager.Vodacom says that they do not support this phone therefore dont have the settings. Is anyone able to assit me or give me advice of how to activate and have a fully functional Internet and Blackberry messenger services?

I'm completely unable to use any of my personal ringtones that are on my SD in facebook messenger, they just don't show up I've got them in the right folders as far as I know and all my other devices worked fine, I put my SD card in my phone as phone memory when it asked and now I cannot access my internal memory with astro or any other file explorer so I'm unable to move these ringtones to my internal memory to test there... Every other program shows all my ringtones this one doesn't....
I´m connected wifi in my black berry because I'm out the reach of my service provider.I only can navigate on the internet, but can use the bbm or the email.In the pass I was able to use them with the wifi connection, some one told me that I m not connected to the bb services.I try everything, change settings, initiated it, and no results.
I had a curve 8310 on o2 and moved to a bold 9700 still on o2.When i moved i used the desktop manager and did the device switch over, all went well including bbm etc.However whenever i tried to send an email i recieved the error message 'transaction error failure at service' - I tried to log into my bis account online to update my pin but i couldnt log on! i havent changed the password or username since my old blackberry so i cant log on to change it online. on my blackberry when i try to log on to email settings it says the username field is blank!
i called o2 they put me through to geek squad and wanted to charge me to help!!! I havent had the phone 2 weeks yet.Now i think that i need to call o2 again and ask them something like releasing my old pin maybe from my bis account or resetting the bis account,any ideas what i should do or the type of questions i need to ask o2 if i have to ring them again.
Since three days i can not add new person to m adress book.It started after failure of Windows Live Messenger update.After new update has dropped into my box i tried to get updated version.ut the screen has frozen.After get the battery out from the machine to turn to the normal my problem has started.I applied to Vodafone technical desk.But they said this is Blackberry general problem and known as yours.Do you have any solutions for that? I can not add anybody into my adressbook.And this makes me trouble when i try to find the person who i met new.
I have blackberry 9530 with OS 5.0.0.328. When I tried to login to yahoo messenger with my yahoo id. it say "Invalid Yahoo! ID or Password" then I try on my computer and I can log in, so there's nothing wrong with my ID and Password. Then I try another Messenger application like Windows Live and Google Talk but they said similar sentences. After all of that I try to add my email at setup/email settings but still I can't add my email too using my blackberry. oh ya! i try to log in with my browser on my blackberry too but I still can't login. Then I ask my friend and try to log in using my friend e-mail, my friend can login without any problem. After that I have initiative to make a new email and I did but when I log in using my blackberry I can't.
I just got a new phone because I lost my old one and I've been trying to restore my bb messenger contacts through the email option which I had done before with other blackberrys and had worked perfectly. This time, when I click on the option to restore it says that they have to send an email to verify that my email account is valid, I click ok and then it says that my email account (which is working perfectly on the phone) is invalid and they were unable to send a verification email and to check if the account is valid and try again later. I have been doing this for two days and nothing has changed.
I bought a Blackberry Bold Touch 9900 2 months ago from Dubai.Since its' BIS activation has been done in Dubai I can't activate my BIS account from Turkey so that I can't use BlackBerry messenger and other applications. I sent several messages to RIM through their twitter account and my service provider Turkcell but they couldn't solve the problem.My pin is <Personal Content Removed>.
