I've searched for it by going Options>Applications>Add-on and it appears and gives me a choice to delete it should I want to, so I know it's on there. I got my phone yesterday and thought to download PDF file from internet. Once I downloaded I pressed open it did and after I downloaded another one different one pressed open and I got this message "The document could not be opened because there is a pending dialog in Documents To Go. Please close the dialog and try again". I pressed ok and tried to close the application but it is still open and I can't close it.

Use agenda view for calendar, tried the "Show free time in Agenda View" but didn't like it so unclicked it and now, when I open my calendar; the current appts show for a couple of seconds, then it jumps to my last appts in 2014. If I check the free time box again and try to open my calendar it doesn't jump ahead. If I uncheck it again, it jumps ahead again. I've tried turning it off and taking the battery out but doesn't work. The local Telus store never heard of it before.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI recently got a BB bold that's unlocked from ATT. I do not have the Blackberry plan, I only have T-zones. I am able to surf the web and such using opera mini. All my weather and internet radio applications work fine. The only thing I can not get to work is MMS. I can receive but not send. Says no mms service book.I found a generic T-zones service book that I installed to the phone using DM. Unfortunately the service book does not contain the MMS book. Where can I find or add this service book? There must be a way. Is is possible for someone else to send me their service book and have that work?

View 1 Replies View Relatedi have got a blackberry bold 9700 and ever since i upgraded to os 6 official download from blackberry website i have been having problems calling and receiving calls, it says no service currently available. i have a strong signal so that aint the problem and also when i put my vodafone sim into another device it is working fine. however i have downgraded and still no use. i have contacted vodafone and they said they cannot do much about, i took it to my local mobile repair store and the guy their thought it was blocked but my BIS works (blackberry internet service) which means my phone is not blocked because i can chat with my friends on the blackberry messenger. this has become a big problem because i mainly use my blackberry for calling.

Ever since then the phone has been freezing when slid open. Its fine when I keep it closed and just use the touch screen though.
Updated to the latest OS last week (V6.0.0.534).
Today I've:
Tried reboot.
Tried security wipe.
Tried rolling back to last OS release.
Tried latest OS.
Nothing works, still freezing when slid open. The screen has gone strange a couple of times, hard to explain but its green/red/blue colour only, and blurred.
i didn't opened unlock pattern n try to answer the question had been select by me. but, i try and try again still cannot be opened. the problem cause through my sis. she try to opened my phone but didn't know unlock pattern.

I though it's normal and it may happen from time to time to improve like the phone blah blah so yeah I rebooted my phone after a while and it did the same thing tried again and did the same thing, I didn't pay that much attention because it's rare that you reboot the phone or need to and when I can wait BTW IT TAKES LIKE 10 MINUTES
Once I had to open the camera to record something very important I opened it but is closes immediately again and again and then I noticed this with very various app pre-installed or not happens with albums Google Facebook it's so annoying.
By restarting it works temporarily but GUESS WHAT THE OPTIMIZING PROBLEM IS THERE I'll wait 10 mins. And sometimes I get a call but It doesn't show the answer or reject page.

The phone works (phone calls, SMS, internet etc). But, when I attempt to perfrom the Blackberry IS Sign In (previously created on PC), I get message that username/password invalid. If I attempt to create a new Username/PW using the phone I get the following message: "Unable to connect to the Blackberry ID service. Please connect to the wireless network and try again"

Whenever I opened maps it asked me to get maps first (via WiFi etc...). So I finally downloaded about 78 MB of map data for my region directly from my phone. Then, when I tried to open the map app again, I was presented with a black screen and a Loader in the middle and a few seconds later I was brought back to the home-screen. I am running belle FP1! I tried to install Nokia Maps Suite version 2.0 from the nokia store but to no avail. Also, I think that the maps version is 3.0.9. I thought of reinstalling but I cannot find it in installed applications.
I ordered from Apple online, but I want to return it. I already opened it though. Will they take it back with the receipt?
