BB Bold :: Its Switched Of By Itself?
May 29, 2012The problem with the phone is that is Switched off by itself even though phone has enough battery, if i re-boot it but still it'll go off in a while..

BB Bold 9700 :: SMS Options - Circuit Switched Or Packet Switched?
Jul 1, 2010I have always wondered on my Blackberry Bold 9700 under Options-SMS Text and go down to Network To Send Over and it gives me 4 options:
Circuit Switched
Circuit Switched Preferred
Packet Switched Preferred
Packet Switched
My Network is Circuit Switched Preferred, but i would like to know if anyone knows what these mean and which is the best for SMS Texts to be sent over using which one?
BB Bold :: 9900 Getting Switched Off And Not Starting?
Jul 7, 20129900 getting switched off again and again and not starting untill i pull out the battery and put it back again.its really annoying and started happening all of a sudden, i have been using my phone from past 4 months.never had any problem.i even upgraded from 7.1.0.342 to 7.1.0.523 as a solution but no change. deleted all my apps also ,still not solved . and wiped my handset 2 to 3 times.

Dec 19, 2011its been a month now that i've changed my sim card, and iv stopped receiving emails on my device. when i go on the email setup app, it ask's me to enter my password for my email address that was on the device and when i do it says sorry unable to continue your session log in again. but when i try do that it still says the same thing. And for my sim card, i have the blackberry email plan so i should be able to receive emails.

Aug 2, 2010I have a Jaguar X-Type on which the bluetooth system appears to remain active for several minutes after the car is switched off. The effect of this is that the phone remains linked to the car until the car system eventually shuts down.If I receive a call to my mobile during this period, the phone rings but I am not able to hear anything through the phone earpiece. How can I disconnect from the car bluetooth in order to receive any incoming calls that coincide with the above period. This has caused some embarassment on a number of occasions.

I go online at the sprint.blackberry.com site to add my emails - it won't let me add this one - if I put in the info as an established email - it asks me for the server name. I talked to tech support a good 40 minutes with no help what so ever! I even looked into it like they may have canceled my email - but when I enter it as a new one it says it's taken. So anyone know how I can add my existing blackberry email account to this new phone/network?
BB Bold 9700 :: Bold 9700 Switched Off After Connecting To USB Port
Jun 2, 2010I have recently purchased this 9700 (3 weeks ago) and am generally very pleased with the device. BUT If I leave the BB 9700 connected overnight to the computers USB Port for charging, and, obviously, after a few hours the computer will go to sleep, thus turning off the power to the USB port In the morning I find that the BB is: Off and will not turn on, unless it is power reset. In other words I have to open up the back and pull the battery for a second then after It is put back in the red light will display nevertheless it will turn on and be fine once it boots back up. There are no other indications or problems. I notice that other people have similar complaints with their BB's.

Everything in the phone works fine excpet for the fact the moraccan keyboard has the "Q" and "A" keys switched and the "W" and "Z" switched. The keyboard itself can physically be switched to an american one BUT is it possible to reconfigure the phone to work as if it were american phone For example, the keys are in place as if the phone was american but if i push Q it types A and vise versa.
