JUM error 102 shows when phone is switched on, then asked to reset then the same msg come back again, I have to download JL_Cmder it doesnt work, I don't want to swap my phone as it have everything on it..

Purchased Sony Ericsson Pro/Neo/V/L ,I am facing issue where I am not able to send text as well as if someone messages me i receive it late. Also if people call me it shows switch off when it is not. I have the latest software updated (ICS) and my sim card works fine as i tested in some other cell. Packet Switched Preferred

But am hoping that some blackberry profesionals actualy go on the forums sometimes.Firstly is there anyway to contact someone who really knows something about the device. correct me if im wrong but if we could talk to the people who made the device they would for sure know exactly wat is wrong with the device and be a huge help.

its been a month now that i've changed my sim card, and iv stopped receiving emails on my device. when i go on the email setup app, it ask's me to enter my password for my email address that was on the device and when i do it says sorry unable to continue your session log in again. but when i try do that it still says the same thing. And for my sim card, i have the blackberry email plan so i should be able to receive emails.

The effect of this is that the phone remains linked to the car until the car system eventually shuts down.If I receive a call to my mobile during this period, the phone rings but I am not able to hear anything through the phone earpiece. How can I disconnect from the car bluetooth in order to receive any incoming calls that coincide with the above period. This has caused some embarassment on a number of occasions.
