I can not restore information when I plug my device, im keep getting the same information stating that the desktop software stopped. What shall I do? I can not restore information and missing so much data

I lost my phone and needed to get a replacement. When I did, I started the activation process, but never got prompted to restore from iCloud, just from my last backup in iTunes. I've run the restoration, and the backup was pretty out of date. Is there a way to restore the backup I'd set up in iCloud at this point?

whenever I plug it into my computer or search the Device/System folders manually they are hidden (on the bb) or they are simply not there (when i use the explorer) i hat to format the bb a few times, and the problem gets solved for a few minutes.the deal with this is that when i sync the music, wheter is copy and paste on the explorer music folder in the pc or using the BB desktop manager media sync software, it uses the device space, the music gets actually synced into the device but I cannot access this music from the media library. when i try to it says that there is only 1 song, and its the default one that comes with the cellphone; so I look up in the Files app, Device/System folders and they are all Hidden.
I dont know why this folders are hidden so whenever i wanna have access to my music i have to go to files, device folders, show hidden stuff and finally i can see my songs... the thing is that i have to play one by one and i cannot change or switch apps since its not streaming in the media player....im worried about this, Ive reseted the cellphone, backed up, even formated it at the my computer, blackberry(M) properties..
I have the basic 5gb free storage from icloud. I stored my contacts on there and thats pretty much it. My iphone4 got lost so I got a new SIM card and put it into my fiancees old phone (also an iphone4). When i put in the new SIM, it downloaded all of my contacts to the phone immediately. But now, I need to plug into iTunes to get my apps and music. Only problem is, for some reason the last time iTunes did a sync it only copied 60 contacts into my MacBook Pro address book. HELP!!!

Phone worked great for a week, then I installed the BBDM software and attempted to install a new app and It starts the process but at the end says it cannot connect to the device. Problem is, the BB is now completely reset and has none of my apps, contacts, pictures, videos, or anything else. Any ideas? I'm about to lose it here.

After download I was not aware all information was deleted from device, including all numbers. I deleted the old desktop BB which I had some information, Possibly also backup, and the new download cannot find any pics or backup from other desktop BB.

one change i noticed on the gingerbread was that i now have limited ability to edit contacts. here's the situation:
I got a new number of a person who was already a facebook contact (because of motoblur syncing my facebook to my contacts). But i go to the contact and select edit so i can add the phone number and the phone says "facebook contact information is not editable on this device." i really dont know what to do.

I hook it to my computer and itunes comes up and says it has detected a iphone in recovery mode. It asked if I want to restore so I hit restore button and it starts extracting. I am using a Verizon Tour(9630).I updated my device software to v5.0.0.591.Now,when I lock the keyboard, my owner information does not appear on the home screen. With the previous device software, the owner information would appear. Incidentally, the owner information will appear if I lock (with a password) the device; but I typically do not have the need nor wish to go through the bother of using a password.Is this simply a glitch? Suddenly without updating anything i plugged it in my computer to charge it and as soon as i connect the connector the phone shuts down with the red light flashing. I reopen the phone to charge it into the wall... Same thing as soon as the connecter enters, phone crash. So I have no way to charge it. I thought it was a battery default so I bought a new battery.
