I had purchase one bb bold 3 in june and it is getting reset on its own. This was sent to Ludhiana service centre through Bathinda service centre and was there for fifteen days. But after that also same problem persist.

So, it's not the antenna, but instead, I can't even open the phone app! I have to reset my phone and then I can open the app once. So each time I want to make a call, I have to reset my whole phone. This just started happening today, and the phone is 2 days old. Any advice? I don't want to do a full restore because I "restored from backup" from my old iPhone. I don't want to lose all those things!

View 1 Replies View RelatedThere is one thing that drives me insane about my BB 9000 and that is when displaying the time it takes into count the time zone. When I travel my BB is also my clock. So when landing into an airport that is in a different time zone I have to take that into count. For example I live in CST, so landing into a EST city I have to go into my option and change the time zone from CST to EST. If I don't then I am am an hour slow.
Now I see there is an option in Options => Date/Time called "Date/Time Source". I have this selected to "Network". This doesn't seem to help. I do see that it updates based on the network but the time zone is still in effect. For example;
Time Zone: CST
Time: 2:30 PM
Network time: 3:30 PM
Is there a way to force the BB not to take into count time zone?
Why every time when i turm on my phone , ask me to enter date and time? .. whitout take off the battery?! its annoying. plus, i need the alarm and its not working if always get reset.

Every time that I restart my device (battery pull) I lost my service books, so I always receive the "registration" message and the service books are downloaded over again. This makes that some applications (like facebook or twitter) don´t start automatically because I need to enter again my credentials. I there any way that my device doesn´t erase the service books every time that I reset it? I tried restoring the service books from the desktop manager and setting the SB Legacy Mode without success.I´m using the OS 5.0.0.1015.

Late last night my wife and I, who both have iPhone 5s, discover that our time and date were both way off. We toggled the auto update on and off a few times and eventually it reset. This morning it is incorrect again. We both turned the auto update off and set the calendar and time manually and it eventually went back to the incorrect time and date. This morning, June 28 at 0940 the date was July 9 at 0435.Â

View 4 Replies View RelatedI got a Nokia Lumia 1520 last week. Coming from an HTC One (M7), I am still impressed with the smoothness of Windows Phone OS -rarely I get any loading for an app. Moreover Metro has come a long way since the days of ZuneHD.
However I got a slight problem with the date/ time. Both the date and time gets reset back to 20 July 2013, 03:00 after the battery runs out or I try a soft reset.I already tried:
1) Setting the time on manual; it will reset back to manual time and the date/time above.
2) Setting the time on automatic, will still get reset back to manual and the wrong date/time.
3) Instead of setting the phone on 4G, I used the 3G and automatic. Same as above.
4) Setting the date manually and then to automatic, keeps the date/time I setup manually.
5) Turning the device off and on again (not soft reset with the volume key) will keep the date/ time regardless if it was set manually or manually and then automatically.
I just bought the lg g3 a week ago, great phone by the way, but am having a big anoying problem with it. When the phone goes to sleep it does not wake up from time to time. you can nock as harder as you can it still won't wake up, it's happening very often. When the problem occurs the phone still rings and nothing else, I have to reset the phone by taking the battery out and on most of the times and then everything backs to normal. (The phone has 64GB of external Micro SD card in it) could it be the one causing the problem?

View 7 Replies View RelatedYesterday, I went running with my Lumia 1020 listening to music and using the Runtastic app. The music stopped - I looked at the phone - it was turned off. I tried powering on, but to no avail. I should also mention that upon leaving, the battery was fully charged and this happened after some 20 minutes. When I came home, I immediately put the phone on the wall charger and expected it to power on after a while. I checked it after 3 hours and nothing, the phone was still stone-dead and what was even more worrying, completely cold - no heat-up from charging.
I tried connecting it to my PC - the computer didn't even recognize ANY device was connected to it. Just to be sure, I tried Nokia Software Recovery Tool, but sure enough, it was not able to detect the phone. The phone seems to be dead meat now, but when I put it on my desk wireless charging stand, the stand's indicator lights up, although the phone does nothing and stays that way.
Each time I restart my phone, it loses the current date and time and set's it to some apparent random day. This last time it chose the 16th of May 2012.
I took delivery of it yesterday and it's been fully charged. I've set the Date+time to 'Set Automatically' to 'On'
hey guys my bold has rebooted at roughly the same time for 3 days in a row now. At around 6:10am (withing 2-3 mins each time) ive looked at my phone while driving to work and see that its rebooting...I bought the phone a few weeks ago and dont know if it has been going on the whole time but is there a fix or known explaination for this ?
