I have a problem on my BB 9780.I have activated my enterprise company mail on the device recently and everything works fine.However, when I 'm not doing anything for a few minutes and I want to do something (and it doesn't have to be anything about mail) on my phone it always asks me for my mail password.Is there any way to remember my password so it wouldn't ask me for it again?
View 8 RepliesI have a new Bold 9780 which is on my company's corporate network via BES, and all is working well with this side of things, with full integration with my Outlook desktop, so no issue here.I have also set up my BlackBerry with my personal e-mail account. I receive all e-mails sent to my personal e-mail account, but I cannot reply, or send new e-mail. I get a reply option to e-mails received in the menu, but after I have composed the reply, it just gives me 3 options - "switch application", "save draft" and "full menu". It gives me the same three options if I compose a new e-mail and want to send it.I have contacted my carrier, my e-mail account provider, and they all say it is a BlackBerry issue.

Since then i have not been able to get the email wizard set up to accept my password so that i can activate my personal email account. i have a data plan so that is not an issue, but everytime i try to log on i get this message "Sorry, unable to conigtue your session. Please log in again." i have tried this numerous time, have sent the registration again then rebooted to no avail

The problem I have is with the 'Internet Mail Account' option within the Email Accounts in setup. When I click this option, nothing happens. The option doesn't respond to my click.
I know that I have workaround to setup email account through some links in internet and I have already setup my gmail account through the link. However, I would like to have the facility to add a new account through my mobile itself.
I suspect that the problem is due to an incorrect / failed update of 'Email Setup Application'. The version I have is 6.10.0804.1543
Is there any way to get this program updated ? or to get the 'Internet Mail Account' option working in my BB ? I am unable to delete the program through Application Management as the option of Delete is not present.

This is really bothering me.I have a yahoo mail account set up on my phone - It has been on there for over a year - it has always worked this way - If I get an email (the phone goes "bing") and i read it on the computer - and responded and delete it on the computer it would be removed from the phone the next time i looked. Recently I began noticing that the message is not being delated from the phone if I delete it from the mailbox, and I can't figure out why.
Basically I want to be able to read the message on the computer and hit delete and for it do the same thing on my blackberry and vise versa. Now it seems to work if I delete the message on the BB then it will not be in the Mailbox on the computer.

1. how to set up hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail accounts along with official company mails which is already set up. important is to received online mails the i am receiving official mails on company account, means it rings when a mail hits inbox, i want the same for hotmail, yahoo mail and gmail?
2. how to play Internet on it, when i click on any Internet video, it asked, do you want to switch to wap to stream the video, when i say yes, it gives error message, if i am on wi-fi connection, even then it does not play any video, simply gives error message.
I was trying to set up my wife's school Exchange email on her 3GS and when done it keep asking for a password. We entered the correct one but it keeps saying wrong password even though it's right.Any ideas?

I have more than one email account. Periodically one or the other will for no apparent reason refuse to recognize the password or a message will pop up that says the server can't be found. I received a message "Action required - update password!" But i did not change my password. Oh well, so I'm trying to follow the directions to update my password from my computer. however, it says on the Blackberry Internet Service home page I need to click "e-mail accounts" and then edit my password. It says that "e-mail accounts" is listed on the left pane. I don't find it anywhere.

Now my blackberry won't work properly - I get error messages, can't open mail or SMS programs - most importantly I can't open password vault.
