BB Bold :: Kobo Application Not Working

This is for anyone that uses the Kobo Application for ereading. I am having major issues with it and the Kobo people seem to think that there is a problem with my blackberry. They tell me that I am missing a 'store directory' that should be a default on my phone. Apparently I do not have this directory and the application won't work without it.
Is there anyone that knows how to get this directory or have had similar problem where they can't sign into their account. The exact message I get when I try to do so is "This action cannon be completed. Please try again later". I have deleted it, installed it again and restarted so many times. I have slowly begun to give up on installing it but I still want it!
If anyone has pointers on how this application can finally work I am open for it!

Few days ago, i can still use my internet everywhere. But it just stop working. I checked my network settings and it's all connected. my software version is 6.0 bundle 1879

Updated my blackberry bold 9780 with the most recent update os installed it all was working fine then I had a update for bbm (blackberry messenger) and once it was installed and i rebooted the phone bbm was no longer there I have looked all over there phone settings options and other folders and nothing but I also have tried to reinstall it but comes up that it is already there and i can not find it so i go to the application folder.

my fb app suddenly stopped working, when i click on it it says 'we cannot reach the facebook server at this time, please try again later (100)'also bbm wont work - my messages wont even deliver to anyone and no one can send me anything however my web works fine - i went on it and did a google search and it worked,can someone suggest whats going on.

Last week Verizon had an interuption in e-mail service.I received a notification on my Blackberry that I needed to verify my Password.I tried, but recevied a message saying email setup application is not available.I have tried numerous times since then to no avail.I even tried rebooting my phone. I'm not sure if it is a Blackberry issue or a Verizon issue.

The OVI Store application in my phone will not open, everytime I try to open the app it doesn't do anything, so I open the browser to go to the OVI store website, try to download any application and when it is trying to install it says "file corrupted" so I'm not able to install or buy any application from the OVI store. I have the latest software update. I also have the latest OVI suite application for Windows Vista and when I try to install the "software support" it fails.

Today while playing around with my 5233, i found that now when i try to open app. mgr. on my phone to uninstall my installed apps, its not working anymore. its was working till yesterday. Now whenerer it try to go to app. manager, either my phone restarts automatically or nothing happens at all.

When i downloaded the lyrics application in my c7,it was working very fine. But after sometime,it is not working anymore. When i click on the icon,it never open again. I have deleted and download again several times still its not working. Please let somebody help me restore this application cos this is my best application.

when i get connected through WiFi , the only app working is the browser and the reset of the applications not working , and after restarting the blackberry phone every thing working fine for just 24 hours then it come back down again and i need to restart again

My "Installed Applications" routine found in the Application Manager stopped working.When I try to run this routine it goes back to the original screen after a few settings.It was working before.Could be I deleted the routine?If this is the case, can I download this piece of useful software?

Communities application in my new C2-03 is not working while clicking on it its showing "Invalid Application, Delete?" . Also in the Home screen in the place where used to show my Facebook icon it is showing "Waiting". I tried to restore factory setting and updating software through OVI suite, but it doesn't help.

the Camera Application starts but the shot button (optical mouse) does not allow me to take pictures as it is light grey. I can select options, I can go to gallery, I can geotag, choose flash, Picture mode...but not take pictures. the same applies to Video Camera. It shows all black on display..

I have an iphone 3GS and have recently updated to 5.1.1 Now the contacts app doesn't work. I cannot call from the list and I can't add or edit contacts within the app. I have tried a software restore but this hasn't worked. ICloud contacts is on.

The facebook application for E72 does not work with the new firmware version 031.023.The option key does not work and you not exit the application.I reinstalled the software and the result is de same.

I have this new Curve 9300 V5.0.0.977 Platform6.3.0.63 Branding version1.0.88.282G. I have subscribed to a BIS. I downloaded social netwoking applications such as Twitter and Facebook directly from Backberry Phone. Unfortunately Facebook is not working error message as follows "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application please contact your service provider to upgrade the plan". I tried to contact my service provider and they dont know also why.
I tried to use Blackberry application world but its not working as well message as follows" Blackberry App World is not currently available in your country. Please checkBlackberry.com for updates."
