BB Bold :: Built Apps Not Working On Wifi?
Jun 12, 2012i am using bb bold 9780 & i am facing issues in using the wifi connection. whenever i open the browser & try to surf on wifi it shows the message "unable to connect to the internet" but as soon as i open the Internet on the device it works properly & then the browser also works fine for some time then again it shows the same message. the same thing is happening with the facebook & twitter apps they work for some time then they dispaly the message that u r currently not on the required data paln connect to wifi. then again when i open Internet it again starts to work then suddenly stops working on wifi.
this the problem of the handset or there is something wrong with my phn settings because the wifi is working properly with all the other mobiles & pc's

When I try to return to the original Picture from living earth the screen is black with the format button on the bottom.

Xperia Active :: Played With The Built-in Sound Recorder Application?
Dec 9, 2011Several people have complained that it is difficult to hear my voice during GSM calls (3G disabled and in a silent environment, for what it is worth). This could be related to the upgrade to Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwhich) a couple of weeks ago. Before the upgrade, I do not remember any such complaints (except when I was holding the phonehands-free between shoulder and cheek).Today, I played with the built-in Sound Recorder application. To access it, I installed the SoundRecorder wrapper. I checked the sound levelVU meter while speaking. I had to really shout to reach the maximum level of the meter. Without me shouting, the playback (on the back-side loudspeaker) was very quiet. I also tested this with the wired headset-microphone that was bundled with the phone, and I got the same result. I had to either shout or put the microphone inside my mouth to get loud sound.
Did the Android upgrade (firmware 4.1.B.0.431) make the microphone insensitive? As far as I understand, mobile phones usually have some sort of adaptive gain in the microphone amplifier.explanation is that I had enabled noise suppression in the call settings after upgrading to ICS. I have now disabled it again. In Sound Recorder, I did not notice any significant difference with or without it.

Mar 11, 2010This is for anyone that uses the Kobo Application for ereading. I am having major issues with it and the Kobo people seem to think that there is a problem with my blackberry. They tell me that I am missing a 'store directory' that should be a default on my phone. Apparently I do not have this directory and the application won't work without it.
Is there anyone that knows how to get this directory or have had similar problem where they can't sign into their account. The exact message I get when I try to do so is "This action cannon be completed. Please try again later". I have deleted it, installed it again and restarted so many times. I have slowly begun to give up on installing it but I still want it!
If anyone has pointers on how this application can finally work I am open for it!
BB Bold :: BBM Logo Missing And Application Not Working
Jan 15, 2012Updated my blackberry bold 9780 with the most recent update os installed it all was working fine then I had a update for bbm (blackberry messenger) and once it was installed and i rebooted the phone bbm was no longer there I have looked all over there phone settings options and other folders and nothing but I also have tried to reinstall it but comes up that it is already there and i can not find it so i go to the application folder.

Now I only have 25 MB left, with my needed apps installed.I need to uninstall unsed apps, such as "twitter"/ BB travel / "Yahoo msgr" / "Win msgr" but am unable to do so, as these seem to be pr-installed in OS 6. Even Desktop Manager is not helping, how do I delete these and create some more space.
