I received a BBM invite which popped on the front screen. I then accepted it but the request is still showing on the front screen. tried acceptin, declinin, ignorin it but no result.
View 1 RepliesI recently added a personal email account (gmail) to my BB which is primarily used for work.
I have amassed 24 unread emails in my gmail account on my home screen, for which I cannot remove. I have:
1. Deleted all the emails in this account
2. Removed the account and recreated it on the BB
3. Removed the battery
Unfortunately, none of the above has removed the alleged unread emails from my home screen.
I have a blackberry bold 9780 and i have a problem. In de menu of the icons who indicate you have a message. When i go to that menu there are staying request of BB messenger, they stay there after the acceptation and i cann not remove them.

I am new to the 9930 (through Verizon). I used to have the older Blackberry Bold (through T-Mobile) and all I had to do was click on "Messages" on top.view the previews and then the notifiers would go away. Did this change with the 9930? Is it the new software?Will I always have to do that "Mark Prior Read" trick in order to clear them?

I'm having difficulty updating my nokia N97 software to the latest version; as the current one on my phone is version v20.0.019. My phone's screen keeps blacking out and to restore the front screen applications I have to keep switching it off then back on again. I've been to the nokia dealer with this issue but they sent me back home and suggested I keep trying the update. I've been trying this but the nokia software installer in my computer suggests it cannot find my mobile when connected through the usb cable (even though my pc detects the connection). I dont know what I'm doing wrong, can someone suggest something else and also what is the latest version I can get?

View 2 Replies View RelatedBeginning yesterday 5/8/2012 The white screen pops up showing Application Permissions Request. TWCStandard is requesting permission to use the following resources. There is a box with location and a check mark. there is a box with connections and a check mark. A save button and a Details button. This pops up everytime I click on the weather icon. Is there a way to keep this from popping up every time? It did not used to. I have uninstalled and re-installed the weather app 3 times and 1 time in safe mode. I have edited my permission several times.

We've been using 8900 handsets in the UK, over Vodafone for some time, and tyey work great... ...but now we have a new user who's bought a 9700, again over Vodafone, but this time in Germany. When he attempts to use enterprise activation he (eventually) receives "enterprise server has not responded to your activation request"
We've checked that his data plan is compatible with BES. So - how do we get this working? Do I need to upgrade to BES Express 5.0?
Have been using Bold for 1yr+, received this (strange) request.........however under 'Email Accounts' cannot access email settings as it won't recognize User Name and Password! When put in email (surname) settings (which still work on laptop) receive the following: "'The information you provided is incorrect. Retype your user name and password. Your user name and password are case sensitive".
Am at a complete loss and can't resolve (which I need to do within 36 hrs because am going overseas and need my BB to be working!
my Curve a symbol has come up on the front screen next to where new e-mail and message symbols come up. It is yellow circle with white lines crossing over within it. First it started with the number 1 next to it, now it has the number 2 there!
