Did a restore on my 9700 this morning backing it up with my save from Friday. Turned it back on after the restore, no issues, everything worked fine then about 15 mins later the screen went white and had no funcitonality.
i did a battery pull and nothing happens. screen is now totally black, it wont reboot and the LED just flashes red once, pause, then three times? BBDM wont recongnize the device when its connected?

View 5 Replies View RelatedThe phone turned off one day and will not tunr back on. When you plug it into a charger the red LED light comes on, followed by 3 short flashes. It wont connect to any comupter. I have taken it to cell phone repair places and neither are able to do anything.

I pulled out the battery and that's when the flashing started I thought pulling the battery out again would work but it hasn't stopped it flashes several times stops and flashes again a min later. I took the battery out for the first time and since putting it back in my BB now vibrates and the led light flashes yellow every 2minutes or so. Anyone that could help me rectify this will be helping a certain white BB Bold from being thrown off the balcony!

View 13 Replies View RelatedI had my Bold 9700 plugged into speakers and listening to Slacker like I have done in the past. Now when I try to make a call or receive a call the "Headset" icon flashes on and off as tho the headset is plugged in when nothing is plugged into the jack. This overrides speakerphone too. So basically I can receive and send a call but it cuts in and out quickly since it thinks the headset is taking over.
Not sure if this is a glitch or if something happened when listening to music. Nothing looks abnormal when I look into the headset port. I was thinking maybe I should update the software to see if its a software or bug.

I just bought my onyx around a month ago and it has been happening like 4 times already. I had to take out the batter everytime this happens. Anyway to fix this?

Plugged the charger in, took the battery out and put it back in, to no avail. The RED LED (left one on top) keeps flashing, first once, then after a short pause 3 more times and then repeats. I've looked everywhere to find what that sequence means and I can't locate that info anywhere.

I have also attempted to connect it to my computer but it fails to recognize its plugged in. Is there a way I can make it work without having to take it in to the shop?

Called t-mobile and send my phone for repairing. Last tuesday I got my X10i back. "part replaced" was the message. It functioned again, acted a bit strange as usual but it functioned. Yesterday I went home from work and I put my X10i in my pocket. When I got home I took the phone out of my pocket and noticed it was turned off... nothing weird because almost everytime I put it in my pocket I have to enter my sim-code when I get it out............ or it is turned off.... last night my phone was on 2% and turned off, i didnt think much of it and when i got into bed put it on charge like i normally would..
the screen flashes up for a second or sony with the sony icon but then cuts out and when i have woken up this morning it is still doing this.
i have held the volume up button and the power on buttom, but nothing happens it doesn't even vibrate. I have also pressed the red button at the left hand side of the phone but again this doesn't seem to be doing anything.

The camera was being a little funny and won't zoom so I switched off my phone and took out the battery and replaced it to try and reboot the phone. Now it won't turn on.When the battery is in the Red LED light at the top right corner lights up then goes off when the Phone starts up showing the BLACKBERRY Logo on the screen with the Loading Bar underneath. The bar then shows that it is loading but almost immediately it crashes and switches off. It does this repeatedly though I've tried removing and replacing the battery several times.
I'm sure it is not a problem with the battery as I had only charged it the previous night and even tried using another battery from my friends Blackberry just to double check but the phone continues to repeatedly turn on, crash, turn off.
Last week I bought a bold 9700 it seemed to be working then as it turned on ok. It was however not used since so the battery died. Sincee yesterday I have been trying to charge it and power it on to no avail all I am getting is the red light flight double flashing continuously.
