my BB9700 camera and video camera can't open lately, message error shown "could not start the camer. close other application and try opening the camera again" but i did not open any other application and i try to take out the battery and restart it but the problem still remain.

However recently my phone (a Bold 9700) has begun to experience some e-mail problems. I can receive emails just fine but I cannot for the life of me send an e-mail! I have deleted all my accounts and reentered all the info but I still cannot send any emails. I also can not set up a microsoft exchange account. It does not even give me the option. Please help! I need do be able to send emails for work purposes.
I just updated the latest software to my bb 9700, upon undating i notice that the "key lock" key and the "standy key" located on top of the phone is not functioning anymore. is that any ways that I can i activate back both the keys? or how do i lock my phone with your latest software.

For example, I cannot use the mobile apps for either my banks to deposit mobile checks because the camera will not focus on the check images and the pictures are too blurry to be accepted. I also have similar issues when using a couple of different shopping rebate apps (where you have to take pictures of bar codes and/or receipts).

Now, why is it that sometimes vids record in HQ (according to the playback quality, and what facebook calls it) and then sometimes it just shows standard quality. it's weird. As I mentioned video camera doesn't work, there appears something strange picture.. It records, but when playing this record the same strange picture. But photo works, I can take a photo.
Maybe problem with the firmware. I think camera itself works OK.
The folder icon has a little red dot in the bottom left hand corner. When I try to take a video, it says that the video can't be saved- when one hasn't been taken yet. Also the read line (when your recording a video) looks like you have- it is all the way full to the right... ? It has happened on my last Bold, but I can't remember how I fixed it. Also the voice notes work sometimes, you hit the stop button , and it doesn't stop, nor send :?
