Sep 1, 2011I recently got a new Blackberry and wanted to setup my email, by doing this on a new phone my email account assumed it was being hacked so shut down! I have now created a new email account, but am unable to set it up on my blackberry. On the setup menu it still has my old email address and asks for the password, which I type in but as the accounts deactivated doesn't connect! Therefore I am stuck not being able to add a new email address to my phone.

How To Export Playlists Created On IPhone 5
Jun 28, 2014I created playlists on my iPhone 5, but iTunes only shows an older playlist with songs no longer on my iPhone, instead of the new playlists with the new songs. The Sync option under the iPhone Music tab in iTunes seems to be a computer-to-iPhone option only.Â
I don't care if it's iTunes or something else, I need an efficient way to backup a copy of my playlists (not necessarily the songs, just the lists of songs) for future reference and ideally with export/import options.Â
1) Is there any way to fix iTunes to show the playlists and allow them to be exported?
2) If no, are accessible copies of the playlists included somewhere in iPhone backups?
3) If no, is there an app that can accomplish the task of backing up these playlists?

Apr 5, 2012When I got my iPhone, my niece was trying to be helpful and downloaded some free apps. She signed onto her Apple ID account on MY phone and downloaded some apps. I have my own Apple ID with the iPhone.
Now, when I try to download apps, it is coming up with her Apple ID and requesting a password. How do I get rid of her Apple ID on my phone so that mine is the only one there?

Apr 18, 2012I created a custom ringtone which shows up in the "Tones" folder in the I-Tunes library as well as the "Tones" folder on the phone when plugged into the computer. However, it does not show up on the phone as a new ring tone. When I tried to sync the "Tones" folder I got the warning about erasing all the songs on the phone, which it did when I synced it but the ringtone still never showed up on the phone.

May 14, 2012Ever since I upgraded from 5.0.1, my 4s has had the worst cal quality on At&t. It makes calls fine however once in conversation my voice drops out for 2-3 seconds about 10 times a min according to the folks I am speaking with. And when my voice does come through it sounds muffled. I always have at least 4-5 bars. I have traded in my 4s now four times but every phone I get in return comes pre-loaded with 5.1. Is there a way to drop back down to ios 5.0.1?

I just received a new iPhone 4S and, when setting up the iCloud account on the new iPhone I typed the email address incorrectly. How can I delete the new account, which has the correct Apple ID and wrong email address? I have gone to AppleID@Apple.com and verified the correct email address is connected to my Apple ID. At iCloud.com/#mail I went to preferences and can add or delete an alias email address but can not delete the primary. When I try to change the email it says that email is already taken.

IPhone :: If I Sync 4s With A New Computer, Will I Lose Playlists That Were Created On The 4s Not In Itunes
Jun 9, 2012I recently purchased an iphone 4s, and shortly after, my son dowloaded a virus on my computer, and I had to a factory reset (for the 3rd time in 6 months). Now all of my playlists are stuck on my iphone. I have all of the music files backed up, but I really don't want to have to create all of my playlists AGAIN. I read a post online that said that if you create a playlist on the iphone, it will sync back to itunes, so I copied all of my existing playlists on the iphone again, so that they would now be 'new' playlists.
The problem is, when I start the sync to itunes, I get the message that says if I sync with the computer, all files on the iphone will be replaced with files from itunes. Right now, my itunes is empty. If I go through with the sync, am I going to lose everything on the iphone, or will it copy all of the 'new' playlists from the iphone into itunes? I guess it's not the end of the world if I have to recreate the whole library, but it took me about 12 hrs to do it last time, so I really don't want to have to go that route if I don't have to!

Mar 14, 2010I tried to manage the folders and subfolders in my Nokia E72 but I was not able to move the /Connectivity Folder to the /Root Folder, same thing with the /Games Folder. In my Nokia E71 the /Connectivity Folder is in the /Root Folder, the way I like it to be.
/Connectivity and /Games Folder is supposedly in the /Root Folder or otherwise there must have an option for us to move that, but there isn't.
