I've tried resetting all the settings, did a back up, restored everything. Nothing has changed. As soon as I disconnect from the Internet or lock my iPhone, the clock just freezes. I am facing this issue in the last 3-4 days, and it doesn't seem getting fixed
after upgrading to ios4 on my iphone then JB & unlock...my multitasking stopped working. Everything was working great. I was able to listen to music and use safari or send sms at the same time. But now when i listen to music and try something else it quits the music before opening something else.
I am pretty sure that after my up grade to 5.1, my volume + button stopped working. I think this is a software problem, because I can temporarily fix the issue by re-setting the network settings. However the fix is short lived, because as soon as I connect to a wifi network, the volume + button stops working again.
I have an iPhone 3gs 16gig and the I broke the screen, the digitizer worked for a while so I just kept using it with the cracks on it. after the digitizer stopped working I did a full backup and went in to a local shop and had the screen and digitizer replaced. I then came home and did a restore and that gave me ios5.1. The phone worked great for a day then the touch screen started to stop working after about 10-30 seconds of use. I cant do anything with the phone without having to lock the screen and unlock it (sometimes that works, and sometimes I have to do that a few times because the touch screen doesn't work to unlock the phone) to continue using my phone.I am thinking it is because I upgraded to ios5.1, or is it a bad digitizer?
My main home button stops working weekly! So annoying... I have to press it really hard and sometimes it works again... However after 24 hours or so it works again!
the phone's wifi/data (situation happens with both) will stop working. I'll eventually realize that none of my messages in iMessage are going through or that instagram has not updated its feed in over an hour. I'll restart the phone and everything will work for another 30 minutes or so before everything stops working again.Â
Phone was 18months old. Intermittent problem from 1 yr. Able to make/receive calls but other person not able to hear me. However voice recorder still working so not sure what's causing problem. Genius bar unable to help but person next to me with same age phone had identical problem. Tried all suggestions on message boards with no sucess.
Got my Defender the other day. I noticed that when the phone is in the case the proximity sensor stops working. I take the phone out and it work fine. I emailed Otterbox and the guy said to clean the plastic window. Really?? you dont think I tried that before sending the email? I am going to try my brothers case to see if its the case. My brother told me that he had the proximity sensor issue before the case and now his works fine. My last step is to reload 4.0.1 but I have to figure out how to get a video off the phone first.
Our second Nuron just stopped working. First one did the same thing. I had been using it earlier tonight and checking the GPS features. It has been sitting on the table since then and now it is dead. Like there is no power. Nothing will make it turn on or show any life at all.
VERY Frustrating!! Aside from some alarm querks it has been a decent phone until it dies for no reason that we can see.
I am on my 2nd Bold 9650 in the last month. I exchanged the first as about 2-3 times a week the mic would stop working. I would only find out upon making a call and no one could here me speak back. I tried the hands free mic and attaching a headset. All did not work. I pulled the battery and it would work. My Sprint store exchanged me last week...it is happening again. I have backed up and wiped the phone and started fresh..
My internet stops working by itself, whenever it doesnt load i have to reboot my phone and try it again. And even when my internet comes on and i click on something, it closes again. I've only had my phone for 4months so i dont see why it should be having any problems.
My one year old phone was sitting on my table half charged on stand by mode. Half an hour later I tried to check something but phone won't turn on anymore. No red light or anything.. Tried plugging the phone to a wall charger with and without battery for extensive amounts of time. Tried hardware button combos for resetting the phone but nothing works.. Phone just does not power on. Checked the google results and I've seen lots of posts about simmilar issues but without a solution. What's going on, did $600 I payed got wasted? Is there any solution to this, is it hardware or software issue? I wanted to post here on official forums.
My 5230 will sometimes freeze. At times it will restart by switching off then on. At other times I need to remove the battery then refit it. This problem happens quite randomly even when accessiing text mail. I have downloaded the latest software and it still does it. The phone was purchased in February. Can anyone please help

My BIS stops working every time my Network mode is 3G. (or 3G & 2G)the little BB symbol just disappears, internet, BBM & email will not work.As soon as I put my phone in to 2G mode everything starts to work.I'm on Three UK network witch is 3G by default.is this a common problem with the 9700? or does my phone need looking at?
I'm not sure whether this is a 9700 problem or a problem with Orange (UK) but it seems that every time I restart my BlackBerry, be it a battery pull or a restart from removing an app, my phone loses the ability to connect to UMA ("ISP or wireless network error"). The first time this happened I rang Orange and got them to reset my service and this seemed to do the trick since shortly after my UMA connected again. After installing and then removing App World and restarting my BlackBerry, it's gone again. Obviously I can't ring Orange support at all hours of the day and every time this happens.
Has anyone else had this problem? I'm totally stumped on this one..My Bold is running OS 5.0.0.351 (The latest version on Orange)I've tried numerous battery pulls, resetting the router, wiped my handset, re-sent service books, all the usual stuff. The wifi icon is white and NOT greyed out. All other wifi features are working except UMA.
I'm on my second Torch in 3 days. My touch screen stops working. my second phone is now having the same issue after 8hrs of having it. I have tried removing my protective privacy screen and still no dice. Is anyone else having this issue. I love the phone, but am thinking of switching to the Bold or iPhone since I have not had a reliable phone yet.
I have been using my Blackberry Curve 8320 as an IP modem using the latest update of the Desktop Manager. I have t-Mobile. Yesterday while my laptop was connected thru the BB IP modem, the USB tether was disconnected. Now I cannot connect using the IP modem feature. I get error messages that say the remote server does not respond (original message), there is a hardware error (current message), plus my wireless carrier may have turned off the service and to check my profiles to make sure my radio is on. I contacted T-Mobile and they indicated the service had not been turned off. My profiles appear to be accurate and my radio is on. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my IP modem working again?
I've had an Xperia X10 Mini Pro for a while now. The last few months I have experienced that the phone stops recieving phone calls and SMS. The rest of the phone is still working and I can use apps and mobile internet so I do not notice myself that it has stoped working untill I try to make a phone call myself. The phone starts working again if I restart it (just a normal shut down and the turn it back on again). This works every time. Once restarted I normaly gets a lot of SMS's with messages on my voice mail etc.
after I repaired my X10 mini with PC companion, the wi-fi connection stops working after few minutes. The indicator shows the phone is connected and there is good signal, but all applications report network error when trying to connect. Turning wi-fi off and on makes it work for another few minutes. The phone is after complete wipe and reset, I tried to connect to different networks and the problem is still there. Other android phones connect to these networks okay and there is no problem (personally tested with HTC Incredible S, Desire HD2 and One X)
Getting pretty frustrated with the WiFi lately. I don't know what happens, but sometimes when I come to use my phone, I find the WiFi connection not working. The WiFi status icon shows it's receiving and not sending data, which is weird. I turn WiFi on and off, I "forget" my WiFi details and register them and again, but still not working. The only soluton I found wokring so far, is to restart my phone.  It's really an inconvenience when I'm in hurry and trying to get something really quick, and suddenly my phone goes, "Nope, WiFi not working, gotta restart me ", and I'm just looking at it with a straight face and blinking faster  What makes this happen? I have the "Keep WiFi On During Sleep" off, though I'm not sure if that's the case. And yes, the problem started happening after the Lollipop update.
