If I turn off the photo stream on my icloud settings using an iphone5s, will all the pictures be deleted including the previous ones that I took and not just the ones on my phone at the moment?

I ended up with a lot useless email addresses from my yahoo contact list that was cluttering up my phone contacts (actual phone numbers.) I thought I could undo this by turning off the contacts feature in iCloud. Instead, it wiped ALL of my phone number information in contacts, and left me with just the list of my email addresses, which I don't need. I am desperate to recover all those phone numbers!

I think when I recieved the replacement phone, I forgot un unmount the SD card from the old phone.When I plug the phone into my computer, I see that photos are stored in the DCIM folder for both the E: drive Removable disk and in K: drive MOT. Why is this? Should I drag the photos from K: over to E: ?Also, I am using Quickpic as a gallery viewer so I can store the photos in folders.

I went into the calendar options on the device and told it to keep calendar appointments forever (learned the hard way from a previous Blackberry) and yet when it syncs the calendar it wants to delete appointments older than sixty days everytime I try to sync.
I've looked all over the boards here for options but so far I think I've done everything anyone suggests. I really hope this isn't just something I have to learn to live with or a price to pay for having a Blackberry.We don't use Enterprise Server yet, so my device syncs by plugging it directly into my computer at work.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently left my job at my company. They gave me my iphone and phone number which I moved to my personal account. I changed my apple id to my new email address. Problem is icloud on my iphone still wants me to sign into my old id to delete it and I no longer have the password. When I try to change the password for that old id, the email does not go out to my old email address and I can not change it with the security questions since I apparently have forgotten my own birthday . It seems like my old id is kind of partially deleted. I have tried everything including wiping the device with no luck.
