I have my iPhone synced with my home computer and I play the songs on my work computer. No transfering, just plug in and play on iTunes. Here is where I am having issues, when I start playing a playlist, if the song is not checked it will skip it (or in the case of some playlists none are checked and it will only play the one I double click). How can I check other songs to be played? Although I click the little box to get a check mark while at work - they never appear.

I'd like to sync my iPhone to a new mac. I was syncing it on my old desktop which is gone now, and it was updating the music by syncing it to a playlist. I don't want to plug it in and lose all the songs because I'm now syncing to a different library. I recently had to reimport my music library into my iTunes system. The music is a combination of iTunes purchases and music from my cds. I thought after importing a new catalog of music, my iPhone would initially wipe itself clean and then establish itself against the new library contents. All kinds of problems, playlists appear in my browser but not on the phone, and other things.
I have tried on the phone with support a number of changes to the settings for sync and none remove all the music content on the iphone so I can start from scratch.

I have an iPhone4 that I recently (finally) updated to 7.1.1. After I did so, I seemed to have some songs on my phone that I didn't sync. Tried various things, didn't seem to work. Finally went to iTunes and synced with no songs selected. There should be nothing on my phone, right? About 24 songs remain. Some of them aren't even in my iTunes library. Nor are they from iCloud (no symbol next to them on the phone, and iCloud not selected under settings).  Swiping to the right on these titles has no effect.Â

I have a new 8530 used for work. I went into the calendar options on the device and told it to keep calendar appointments forever (learned the hard way from a previous Blackberry) and yet when it syncs the calendar it wants to delete appointments older than sixty days everytime I try to sync.
I've looked all over the boards here for options but so far I think I've done everything anyone suggests. I really hope this isn't just something I have to learn to live with or a price to pay for having a Blackberry.We don't use Enterprise Server yet, so my device syncs by plugging it directly into my computer at work.
My daughter has given me her old blackberry torch 9800. Having added my email address and it works well, but in "set-up" it shows email accounts (2) will my daughters email also shown.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI cannot delete purchased tunes off my iphone 4s. I do not have imatch and I disabled the cloud from my phone. I use 2 different computers and I think this causes problems (which has nver happened in the past). I am beyond frustrated because I downloaded these songs for a wedding and I hate the music! My phone won't let me swipe the songs to even give me the option to hit delete. I believe they are all on the cloud, but I don't use the could and I have disabled "show all music" in my music settings. I even deleted all my songs from my storage and resynced my library with the computer that I didn't use to buy the songs with.Â
