Phone fell out of my pocket on a roller coaster, it stayed in one piece and will turn on but with no screen activity. To back up my phone itunes tells me it requires me to input the password. I created the password via find my iphone. Is there a way to turn off the iphone password through icloud or a different method? I am in need of recovering what I have on this phone.

Only the glass broke, the LCD is intact and fully functional. Any idea on how much apple would charge to fix? A few months I broke the back glass and they fixed it for $30. I know this fix requires more work, but has anyone had any real experience with this happening to them? I live in Atlanta if that means anything??

Is it possible to get these memos?I connected it to my computer to move The data from my phone to my laptop, but it had a password and as people with passwords know, you need to enter it twice to connect. I shattered my iPhone 5s screen (ios8). Tried to back my data up to an old iPhone4 (ios6). I can't back up via the cloud because the phone I'm baking up to is running an older version of iOS than the phone with my data on it. I'm trying to back up from iTunes but can't b/c I can't enter my passcode on the shattered screen. I only have backups on the cloud. I have never backed this phone up to my computer. Because I was told iCloud back ups were good enough. But now I'm stuck in a catch 22.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI installed Frash (Flash for iPhone) using the original deb, and then, again via Cydia. It worked pretty good for me and I like that it didnt load any flash unless you tapped on it, saving you from all the pop-ups and ads on some pages. I did find that very large pages would have a hard time keeping up with the combination of Frash and User Agent Faker (iPad/Mozilla settings) I was running and would sometimes cause Safari to crash to the Springboard.
That only happened 1-2 times a day so I would've kept it, but after a couple of days I realized it had broken my MMS. I could no longer send them and I was not receiving them either. I really don't know what one had to do with the other, but it was the only change I had made. Sure enough, when I uninstalled Frash, MMS worked again. While I actually did like having the option to load Flash in Safari, it was not enough for me to give up MMS. I couldn't find a fix so Frash had to go but I'm interested in hearing about other user's experiences and opinions.
