I'd like to organize my outlook at work into folders and yet would like to see the emails in my inbox on the iphone. is it possible?Â
I hate thought that i'll have to go into each one of those folders and look for new emails rather than having the new ones displayed in my inbox and of course in "all inboxes"...

Does any one know how to configure Corporate Sync Notification for Inbox Sub-folders?
I have an exchange server where the mails are downloaded to outlook mail client, and i have created Rules and Alerts for my folders. I am able to Sync the folders in my phone but i dont notification for it.
Yahoo mail doesn't show all of the folders to move e-mails out of my inbox. It only shows inbox and trash. This wasn't an issue with my X. How can I make them visible?
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have my work email self sort using rules so that messages from certain people (ie the Boss) go into their own inbox, so they don't get missed. However, only the mail from the main mailbox is getting pushed to my iPhone, not the mail from the Boss folder.
I've gone into the Exchange account settings on my iPhone and I have set the inbox, plus 4 other folders to be pushed. However, only the inbox is getting pushed. FWIW, here's the rule: After the message arrives, move messages from BOSS to BOSS folder.

I have an iPhone 4s and I sync my email from an exchange server. I have mail that is delivered to sub-folders in my inbox but these emails do not appear on my phone but I can browse to the folders and see the emails. Is there for these emails to appear in inbox on the phone.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have been given a lumia 950 at work but used to have an android based phone. I have configured my work email and can see the inbox and all other folders as I should.
The problem then starts here, on my desktop outlook I have email rules that move new emails from certain people into relevant folders for them but on the lumia I only see a notification saying there is new email in the inbox and not for the other folders I have. On the android I used to have this would show all new emails on one screen even if they were in another folder.
How can I be notified of new emails arriving into other folders within my mailbox or have them showing up on the first screen like the android or otherwise the phone will be unusable as I will miss too many important work emails because they don't show me notifications that they have arrived.
Just updated Blackberry Desktop Software to v 6.1.0.35.I was surprised to see that the software backed up then restored all the data on my Bold 9780. However, on restore, it did NOT restore my separate e-mail inbox folders - instead, it shoved all the e-mail into a single inbox.I have 7 e-mail accounts, and I need to be able to see incoming e-mail going directly to the relevant inbox rather than a single inbox. How do I restore my old multiple inbox setup?

Have an issue with 1 user. When he deletes email from Outlook (on Mac), it remains in the inbox on his iPhone. This will remain even if he does a manual sync. If he empties the Deleted Items forder in Outlook it will remove them from the iphone. If he deletes the email from his iPhone it will be deleted in Outlook.
have removed and re-added his account to the iPhone with no help.

How do I see my sent box, inbox etc. All I see on the home screen is in the top left corner an envelope I can press to compile a text message. Where is my inbox, sent box etc? Also how do I delete a draft message? Can't see a delete option anywhere?

I use Outlook 2007 [not Exchange] as email client along with Contacts/Notes etc.I have previously used Nokia PC to synch specific Outlook contacts and mail folders with Nokia E75 [i.e. just the ones that are relevant] because there are too many folders and other extraneous stuff that will just fill up the iPhone needlessly. Also extremely time consuming and resource hungry to do it all the time. PST is currently about 2.5Gb How do I select just specific folders from Outlook to synch with iTunes/iPhones? The other option would appear to be to use Google/GMail, which seems obtuse when iTunes is already on the computer. it just seems to be a pretty blunt object for a device with such finesse.I am also trying to find out how to make good use of the Blutooth and/or Wifi connection. which is easier/better/faster or is the USB cable the best, fastest and most reliable option?

Once I receive an email in the work inbox on my iphone I can see it, but the second I go to my laptop and open it in microsoft outlook it gets deleted from my iphone inbox.

Upgraded to Bold 9900 a few months ago, last week, Bold kept restarting and so got new bold. Using BES 4.1 and activated phone, but appears that only 5 days worth of emails in Inbox and no emails in Sub-folders. Spoke to Blackberry and they said that this was by design!!! Deleted user from BES and re-created, but still same problem. Is there anything I can do, can't believe that this is by design. It appears that even though you delete user from BES Server, details are still in back end database and so when user is recreated from address list, it links back to the database and repopulates with the limited emails. Is there a way that I can delete the user completely and then recreate from scratch and populate all emails from exchange inbox and sub-folders?

I have the blackberry desktop manager v 7.1 and I haven't made it passed the "configure" button not being usable. What I'm going for here is sharing my outlook calendar with everyone that needs it on their phones, then syncing this specific calendar to be viewable via their blackberry- so that when I make changes or add jobs they are able to see them. I connected the blackberry to the desktop... I clicked organizer... I went to click configure..... It's a ghost button. How do I make this button interactive again??
View 7 Replies View RelatedMy office email uses Outlook but not Blackberry Enterprise Server. My phone (Bold 9000) has folders for Inbox, Contact and Calendar, but NOT Sent or Deleted folders. Messages sent from phone can only be seen on phones's Inbox (mixed with received messages). The Sent folder in Outlook is updated only after phone has been synchronized with desktop. It does not update wirelessly.Messages sent from Outlook of course appear in Outlook Sent folder. But the phone does not show any Sent folder. The "View Folder" menu item in the Message folder lists many folders (Inbox, MMS Inbox, MMS outbox, Visual Voice Mail, etc. The Outlook Sent folder is simply unavailable and I cannot find any way to make it appear.Others using this phone with BES seem able to see Sent folder. I do not want to send copies to myself, I get enough emails already. Is there a solution to this problem without installing BES or switching to iPhone?
