Am back again with another query. I'd like to create new sub-folders inside the inbox (of text messgaes/emails/bbm), so as to file my messages/emails in these sub folders. Unfortunately (for me!) I'm unable to create these sub-folders, in the Inbox of my BB Bold 9780. Is there anyway I can do this? Or are you planning to upgrade the OS 6 to incorporate this?

However, on restore, it did NOT restore my separate e-mail inbox folders - instead, it shoved all the e-mail into a single inbox.I have 7 e-mail accounts, and I need to be able to see incoming e-mail going directly to the relevant inbox rather than a single inbox. View 2 Replies View RelatedUpgraded to Bold 9900 a few months ago, last week, Bold kept restarting and so got new bold. Using BES 4.1 and activated phone, but appears that only 5 days worth of emails in Inbox and no emails in Sub-folders. Spoke to Blackberry and they said that this was by design!!! Deleted user from BES and re-created, but still same problem. Is there anything I can do, can't believe that this is by design. It appears that even though you delete user from BES Server, details are still in back end database and so when user is recreated from address list, it links back to the database and repopulates with the limited emails. Is there a way that I can delete the user completely and then recreate from scratch and populate all emails from exchange inbox and sub-folders?

View 2 Replies View RelatedSo I have two basic things down. In your home screen or the subsequent screens when you move one shortcut on top of another it gives you the opportunity to create a folder. You can even change the color of these folders. I have created an AT&T folder, Google folder, Samsung folder, Microsoft, and Social (Facebook, Instagram, twitter).
But I wanted to create a folder called "media" or "sports" With apps like Pandora, ESPN, Fox news, Milk, Watch ESPN, NBC Live. To get to all of these apps right now they are in the 12 square little white apps logo down at the bottom by the calendar. When I go into my apps that are alphabetical a through Z. and I try to move one on top of the other by holding it down it takes that app and puts it on one of my home screen. I tried dragging it to the right and then I just create another screen with one icon on it. I have a folder in there, trying to figure out how I even did that?? I know if you click the edit button you get a little - up in a corner of each symbol but I don't want to delete them. I would just like to put ESPN on top of Fox 2 Go, and NBC Live And create a folder called "sports."
I thought about dragging all of these onto a blank page and then create my folder there, but how do I move it back under the "app" it is actually 4x4 white squares. It's just confusing going back and forth because it doesn't seem like it wants you to.
I have downloaded a compilation album to my PC in MP3 format and created subsequent folders for each CD in the album (CD1, CD2 and CD3). Each CD has 20 MP3 tracks in and each has included track listings 1- 20, this is the same for all 3 folders. When I drag and drop the 3 folders to my X6 (mass storage folder) it says it has copied 3 folders. When I remove the X6 from the PC and go to play the album, the X6 has created 1 folder with 60 tracks in, and the tracks are listed in track order, so the order goes 1,1,1,2, 2,2,3,3, 3, which is a pain as the album is a dance music album and the tracks are supposed to mix into the next track. Why doesn't the X6 created 3 separate folders as per the PC? Failing an answer for the above does anybody know how to edit the track listing number field on my PC (running XP)?

My iPhone 5 running the latest version of iOS7 keeps creating multiple folders in the camera.Â
When I plug it into the computer it's very confusing viewing the latest photos because of this. In DCIM folder I now have "823WGTMA", "858HDJES", "860OKMZO", and "965YOKDJ". Every once in a while a new folder is created, seemingly at random times. These names make no sense, I can't rename them, I can't simply move the photos all into one folder, and I can't even see some of my photos from previous phones. This is a complete mess right now.Â

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been given a lumia 950 at work but used to have an android based phone. I have configured my work email and can see the inbox and all other folders as I should.
The problem then starts here, on my desktop outlook I have email rules that move new emails from certain people into relevant folders for them but on the lumia I only see a notification saying there is new email in the inbox and not for the other folders I have. On the android I used to have this would show all new emails on one screen even if they were in another folder.
How can I be notified of new emails arriving into other folders within my mailbox or have them showing up on the first screen like the android or otherwise the phone will be unusable as I will miss too many important work emails because they don't show me notifications that they have arrived.
I have my work email self sort using rules so that messages from certain people (ie the Boss) go into their own inbox, so they don't get missed. However, only the mail from the main mailbox is getting pushed to my iPhone, not the mail from the Boss folder.
I've gone into the Exchange account settings on my iPhone and I have set the inbox, plus 4 other folders to be pushed. However, only the inbox is getting pushed. FWIW, here's the rule: After the message arrives, move messages from BOSS to BOSS folder.

The problem is that the emails go straight to my general "Messages" inbox, but nothing shows up in my Gmail account inbox when i click on that specific icon. I do have SMS/MMS broken out into a separate inbox, but i'd like to use the gmail inbox where it threads messages with the same topic instead of the general messages inbox.tried resending service books.

Reading the manual and experimenting with different options has revealed nothing.All incoming emails end up in the Inbox (of course) and there is nowhere that these can be stored. And the device recognized the new SIM card inserted and asked me to confirm the Black Berry ID that was created before. But the password is invalid, I tried so many times and still password invalid, and then suggest to be created new Black Berry ID, and I did it. View 2 Replies View RelatedI've just bought a Nokia 5800 handset recently. It seems to me that even though I actually saved a contact's number in my phone, when he messages me the phone inbox only shows his number and not his name, even though I already saved his number under my phonebook.
Is there anyway to solve this such that it'll display his name instead? Its kind of pointless if I have to keep checking back to my phonebook to see who has messaged me, since I don't remember my friend's numbers and stuff.
On a note I saved all of my friend's number without the region number. That is as im living in Singapore, a contact's number would be saved as follows: 91234567 without the region code of +65. Thing is in my inbox all the phone number displayed shows the region code of +65 along with the number, but seriously even my super old phone can recognise that both 91234567 and +6591234567 are of the same person and displays the name correctly in the inbox.
I don't know why this happened, I woke up this morning and it was like this. Whenever I try to open my email inbox the SMS inbox opens. Even if I go directly to my individual accounts on my BB (yahoo and gmail) and try to open them directly, it still opens my SMS inbox. I can't figure this out and can't find an answer. I have to check all my emails my going onto a computer. I still get notifications of new emails on my BB, but can't view them because only the SMS inbox will come up. I need my email inbox to show when I click on my email inbox.
