Jul 20, 2010When will Blackberry Desktop Manager be able to sync with MS Outlook 2010? I spent £100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.

What I'm going for here is sharing my outlook calendar with everyone that needs it on their phones, then syncing this specific calendar to be viewable via their blackberry- so that when I make changes or add jobs they are able to see them. I connected the blackberry to the desktop... I clicked organizer... I went to click configure..... It's a ghost button. How do I make this button interactive again??

Anyone have any ideas as to what exactly is going on? No Downloads done today, just email, plume and some music.Ive done several Power Off/on cycles, It doesnt seem to want to go away?

* Outgoing (SMTP) server: you need to use your ISP (Internet Service Provider) SMTP server. Call your ISP to know your SMTP (mail sending) server. In case you are unable to get SMTP server, you can use WebMail for email sending.
* Username / Email: [URL]
* Password: ..........
If you are unable to configure your email client, you can always use our WebMail system.On the iPhone I am required to list the following under the INCOMING MAIL SERVER section:
HOST NAME: (According to what I copied and pasted above, it seems that mx.000webhost.com is what should be placed in this space. But I can't get it to work for me, and it does not look like the "mail.example.com" that is usually used for other e-mail servers)
USER NAME:(I guess this is either my e-mail address or the user name I have for this account?)
PASSWORD:(I assume this is either my 000Webhost password or e-mail password?)
For OUTGOING MAIL SERVER I am required to add the following: HOST NAME (usually looks like smtp.example.com - Since I have Comcast as my it would look like [URL]) USER NAME optional PASSWORDptional So, the information provided by 000webhost for setting up mail is not clear to me. Jun 9, 2010I got a new MacBook Pro several months ago.Up until now, I've always synched my iPhone up with my work computer (PC). My work PC has all of my backups currently on it (with apps, photos, contacts, etc), and I've never attempted connecting my iPhone to my MBP.I'd like to begin using my MBP as the main synching computer, as my MBP has all of my music on it (2000 or so songs). Problem is...my iPhone currently has no music on it...so I can't just backup my current iPhone on my MBP.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any insight on how to properly transition to the MBP being my main synching source?Is there a way to connect my iPhone...transfer everything on it to the MBP's iTunes (minus music), and then transfer songs to the iPhone?
