I am trying to deactivate my old i phone from my account. It is no longer on Find my i phone or i tunes but when my daughter tries to set up the phone it keeps asking for my apple ID. I have had to reset my password several times as it keeps not recognising my password, The phone has been unlocked and reset to factory settings but we cannot get past this problem.

My colleague had a blackberry curve 8900 and this was then passed to me as he left the company. My sim works in the phone fine but I am unable to set up my email as it says there is one already set up. Im no longer in contact with my colleague and not sure what to do.
