Dec 1, 2014I've got some albums on my phone that are named and say "from my mac" on the bottom. When I click on edit, the albums "from my mac" I can't delete but I can delete everything else. If I go into these albums and even select a picture to delete, the trash icon is greyed out. I've also plugged my iPhone into my mac and chose to disable photo syncing from my mac so it doesn't sync any photos but these photos are still on here. Any way deleting all my photos from my phone? I have them all backed up on my computer so I'm not worried about deleting them all I just can't find out a way.Â

Jan 19, 2016I have a Motorola Droid Turbo. I have never locked the phone. I downloaded ANDROID PAY app last night. It required a screen lock to secure credit card. I agreed and set up a pattern screen lock. I got tired of unlocking phone every time. I went to disable the screen lock and I am NOT ABLE to do that. The security settings for NONE and SWIPE have been grayed out and are no longer an option. I have removed ANDROID PAY and still have issue.

Mar 27, 2012I recently purchased some music from iTunes on my MacBook Pro while experiencing some problems with my internet. Eventually I got the songs downloaded to my computer, but it caused a weird error on my iPhone. It appears that the music I downloaded tried to automatically download to my iPhone but never started. The songs are just sitting there with the downloading icon next to them, but they are not downloaded. I have since syned my phone with my computer, causing these songs to become duplicates. My computer does not recognize that my phone is downloading them and I cannot delete them from either my phone or my computer. I have tried removing all of the music from my phone and resyncing it to no avail. Here is a photo of what it looks like on my iPhone: I have since purchased more music from iTunes and this problem did not occur. Also, I have tried going to the iTunes app and checking the downloads tab, but nothing appears there.

Jun 4, 2014I am unable to delete music from my iPhone 5 either directly or via PC. On the iPhone the tracks disappear when swiping left and deleting but the phone remains full and the data is still visible on the PC. The music was installed on the phone from the backup of a previous model but with the addition of new tracks I am now unable to add more or update to the next operating system as the phone is full. On my PC the music is still there and but the neither the delete function or any form of sorting /management on the music files is functional. Other Apple products work OK including previous phone, ipad / ipods etc.

The icons say "waiting" for a few moments before the error message "Unable To Download Application - Done - Retry" followed a little later by "Cannot Connect to iTunes Store".
