Dec 10, 2014i have some photos that i tried to remove from my phone that also had duplicates. the copies deleted fine but the originals i cannot delete at all for some reason so i decided to put them into a hidden file thinking i wouldnt see them again. lemme tell you how shocked i was and upset my new girlfriend was when she saw pictures of my ex on my phone that i still havent been able to delete!!

Feb 20, 2010I suppose this could be a problem with the entire 5.0 os lineup but I only own a storm 2 so I don't know. I have a hidden video folder. Once you play one of the videos, it hen shows up in the regular video folder in "media". It's in essence added to the list of unhidden videos. Oddly enough I haven't figured out when they finally disappear.....and they do go away. Don't know if it's on a reboot or what.

May 22, 2012I just installed Kaspersky mobile, and after a scan I've seen more than 18000 jpegs in E:system, a folder that I cannot access from phone or via Nokia Suite. Is there any way I can browse that folder and delete unwanted files? I think I got lots of useless files there after I installed Nokia Belle since lots of applications dissapeared. Also, I'm trying to see the hidden process that runs on my phone and I have no idea how because that dont shows in the application list. I dont know how to free more space on C: , got 46 Mb free and I dont know to free up more space.

Jun 4, 2014I keep running out of space on my iphone 5 because there is a bunch of video content on there that I can't get rid of. I imported these videos into iPhoto sometime ago, however I think I probably didn't select to delete them once imported at the time. I've deleted all of the images and vids from the camera roll section however, but the videos are still on the phone under "Videos" where I can view them and select them, but it gives no option to delete them.Â
Any work around that doesn't involve restoring the device.Â

Apr 24, 2012I have a Nokia Lumia 710 and when it was connected to my PC (via USB, using Zune) I deleted the already sync'd photos and videos that existed on my PC (in Documents&SettingsAdministrator..) and (unfortunately) the Zune software automatically erased these files from my phone!In order to use a PC undelete software for my phone, the phone needs to appear as a drive letter (ie. G:) on my PC when connected. How can this be accomplished? When I connect it, it doesn't appear as a drive letter (tried it in Windows XP and Vista). IPhone :: Unable To Download Large Videos Taken With 4S Phone?
Jun 4, 2012I have taken several videos of my boys sports, but find myself unable to download the videos to my computer or portable hard drive. Videos were taken with my IPhone and are 3-7 minutes long. Up to 3gig of memory on just one video.
Trying to download to a Windows HP computer. When plugging in the phone to sync...it will go for 30 min and then state. (ITunes could not back up the iPhone because the backup could not be saved on the computer) I have tried multiple times, rebooted, made sure everything is up to date.
When opening the files up like a camera where you can drag or tried copy and paste the files will attempt to save. Sometimes the files looks saved but there is ZERO Mb saved, just the file name. Other time I was able to get a file save, but it will not play, just a very fragmented video that looks like pictures taken every 30 seconds.

Oct 2, 2015Have the videos save in the video file for when I'm hooked up to the computer. Right now it saves everything in the Camera Roll file. Not cool. Especially when I have like 500 pictures/videos from a recent trip on top of the 500 or so already on there. I'm full now, and trying to sort through this is maddening.
