May 1, 2012When I delete an email from my Iphone, it doesn't get deleted on my xfinity email page. how to correct this?

Oct 28, 2012Since late September, most of my gmail personal email messsages cannot be deleted. Can see no logic to those that do delete. No problems for two previous years and no problem with the business emails under separate name. Have verified they are not saved. Have tried usual processes, one by one delete, all prior delete, etc. Can delete on computer, but still appear on the Blackberry. (Tour 9630/no new apps or downloads during this time/ pretty basic phone and email usage, and no prior problems relating to this issue.) Have already checked prior entries on this forum. Either not applicable, or had no impact on the problem.

Jul 25, 2011I have set-up my email account using IMAP. I am using the IMAP path prefix of INBOX as I use on my old iPhone and on the email client on my laptop, but the Samsung email client does not seem to recognise it. When I delete an email it is reloaded the next time it sync with the server.

May 15, 2012Why doesn't Apple in its infinite wisdom have a way of deleting all emails at once from the inbox instead of requiring iphone users to tediously check each email after tapping edit and then deleting emails in bunches or singly.

Now when i delete my emails on my phone they now delete from my Macbook and the server as well i am using a BTinternet account as i have just sighed up to their broadband. I have never kept emails on my phone and have always deleted after reading but the email as always been left on the Macbook for future reference and on the server this is really a pain i delete on the phone then thinking it's still on my Macbook as normal now its GONE.
I cannot see any setting to stop this annoying thing...

In the search, I type a search term like "agoda" and all the Agoda emails come up.
When I hit edit (in order to make each one have a radio button that I can touch to select that email and delete it), not all of them have the radio button.
If I do cancel out and try again, even less radio buttons come up.Â
