IPhone :: Contact Picture - Full Screen - But After A Few Calls It Reverts Back To The Small Thumbnail Size
Jun 12, 2010iPhone 3GS with 4 GM and google exchange.
When I add a pic to a contact from my iPhone it is full screen but after a few calls it reverts back to the small thumbnail size.
Any way to fix is so it stays fullscreen?

Jun 1, 2014I dont remember when the incoming call picture became so small, but I have noticed that on my iPhone 5S that is running software 7.1.1 is a little circle. I liked it much better when the incoming call photo took up the whole screen. Any setting that I can change, or is it a software update issue?

Jul 30, 2012Why bother to make a large 4.3in screen, when the font size is now smaller than ever. My previous phone was a HTC Desire S which was superb in every way, with the right size font everywhere, not just some parts of the phone. (only reason i replaced it was it was stolen last week on holiday). The main menu pages on the Sensation, settings, the font is too small and strains my eyes. Why cram everything in so small? Do HTC not consider that millions of people already wear glasses to aid vision, people of all different ages? I AM aware that font sixe can be increased in texts, emails and internet, but it needs to be larger in ALL AREAS of the phone, especially as its a large 4.3 inch screen!Another gripe I have is I bought a UK phone, so expect the � sign to be on the first page, rather than the $ sign, which I never use, as we don't have dollars in the UK!

Nov 4, 2011Yesterday I upgraded my Bold 9000 to Bold 9900. The transition went smooth, with one exception - the Notes field size in Contacts is much smaller than in Bold 9000 and the text in that field got truncated.. I keep customer service logs in that field and the major reason for upgrading was the possibility of fast scrolling to the end of the Notes field to add new records. Now this purpose is irrelevant since the data entered in this field in Bold 9000 doesn't even fit in it in Bold 9900. If I don't find a workaround, I will have to revert to my Bold 9000 and return the new device.

Oct 4, 2010I took picture with Large resolution and Superfine quality. Strangely, after some viewing (+zooming in/out) of the pictures taken, I found the pictures' resolution had changed to Small! I tested this by taking another picture, viewing it, making sure the resolution is large, then closing the Media Apps, and reopening and viewing the picture again. It happened again after the second viewing if I did some zooming in/out.I am very upset that some pictures are now have small resolutions and I can't trust viewing through Media Apps again before copying the files first to my computer.Is this a bug or is there something I did wrong while viewing pictures?

Aug 25, 2010I set a photo as my background on my X6, but the image re-sizes itself so its bigger in the home screen and not all of the image appears on the screen, alot is cut off.
I cant quite figure out how to adjust the image so that it stays the same size when its used as my back ground, or how to re-adjust the image back! Now, I receive the full screen photo on one of my contacts, but everyone else has changed to a small banner at the top of the screen, with a very small photo in the top right corner. Jul 8, 2010As per my other thread: What happened to my 8900 camera quality? upgraded from OS 4.6 to 5.0.0.681 i've discovered what the problem is with why I am not getting the same quality photos as on the OS 4.6 on my 8900 curve, it's the picture size in kb. on 4.6 i would at the very least always get photos of size 460kb minimum (usually i get 700kb +) whereas on 5.0.0.681 now i get on average only 180kb WHY? bear in mind i've kept all the settings on the highest possible i.e. superfine and picture on 'large' yet for some reason i'm only getting low quality pics.. it's very frustrating.I have a feeling the lighting makes a difference but also maybe the memory/space on the media card. BUT I have 120mb of memory left and 400mb of space on my media card.What makes the blackberry take pictures at lower quality in terms of size in kb and larger?so far i've managed to get 1 photo at 460kb on OS 5.0.0.681 but i dont know how or why exactly but at least i know it's capable of getting pics that large. Do I need over 500mb of media card space for it to take larger size pics?
